Uhm the reason why countries can ban guns and have single payer health insurance, is because they know the USA will protect them

We where chosen by GOD to do so.

I don't know about cathedrals but in my school we have a crane-like thing similar to what firefighters use to change the lights on the ceilings that are about thirty feet up in places.

Prior to man lifts etc. scaffolding was a common solution.

If someone kills two people in a church, I think there's a fair chance they may go on to kill other people, even if it's not in that specific same situation.

In any case, the damage that was done by the other man is minimal. A double murderer is dead, and possibly other lives saved (though like you said we don't really know about that). Are we really going to complain so much about that?

Are we bemoaning this now dead man won't get to live out the rest of his life in prison? (And even that we don't know, because this happened in Texas, and he likely would have gotten the death penalty)

It's unfortunate, but the 2A applies to Democrats as well so unless they can't pass a background check a gun seller must sell to them, unless they appear to be the crazed variety.

So, I'll mark you down as a no for offering any thoughts and prayers for the victims.

And these are the people who claim they care so much for their fellow human beings.

At the age of 18, we could make them sign a paper where they'd have to choose between gun rights and marijuana rights.

That would knock 90 percent of them off the list.

What ultimate, meaningful difference would have been made if the firearm was purchased legally with a background check from a federally licensed firearms dealer, if the individual responsible had no disqualifying record that would have prohibited him from legal firearms ownership? Explain such.

It's perfectly legal in Texas to buy a gun from a private citizen with absolutely no questions asked.

He could have just bought an AK legally and do the exact same thing. We all know that. It's all part of MAGA. You're just nitpicking.

Go quote me on that the killer is a drug addict.

A gun seller in a shop, sure. Gun seller as a private citizen... nope.

It would show that the system failed to protect human lives.

You're just here interrogating people in order to make personal attacks if the answer is not to your liking. Got it.

The number of mass shootings committed by those who have purchased their weapons from a federally licensed firearms dealer, and thus who demonstrate that they have no disqualifying criminal records, demonstrate the system is not designed nor intended to protect human lives.

Why does it matter? Explain such. What meaningful difference is made if the firearm used in the commission of a murder was acquired legally or illegally.

The United States has guns, thus we are not a “gun free” zone.

And so the system is wrong. We all know the charts that show that Americans are the most violent people in the western world with access to massive amounts of weapons.

It would show that the system failed to protect human lives.
