Answer my questions. You have made claims now back them up. Additionally show the before and after graphs that you claim prove something.

You made claims that you cannot back up with facts.

These are made up numbers. It is not possible to measure the absolute temperature of Earth with magick satellites either. Satellites measure light (and relative temperature), not absolute temperature. It is not possible to convert those light readings into temperature because we do not know the emissivity of Earth. In order to know the emissivity of Earth, we must already know the temperature of Earth.

Also, why is 1980-2020 the "holy" time frame? Why not any other time frame?

Because that is the time frame using direct instrument measurements, anything before then used proxies. DUH!

And the absolute temperature of the Earth is NOT necessary to determine whether the Earth is cooling or heating. Real scientists use ANOMALIES, a deviation from an average, to determine a trend in either direction. So the deviation (anomaly) from the "relative" temp average measured by the satellites determines the trend.

Because he made a ton of money when he worked on Wall Street .... and as former treasury secretary, he would have a ton of lucrative job opportunities and instead he works for a non profit, and because I see no way in which his current situation could benefit him for this opinion on AGW

There are no direct instrument measurements of Earth's temperature, but for sake of argument, let's assume that there are. Why is 1980-2020 the "holy" time frame? Why not 1540-1500 BC? Why not 1300-1340? Why not any other time frame? Why a 40 year time frame? Why not a 200 year time frame? A 5,000 year time frame? Even if Earth HAS been warming over the last 40 years, so what? Just last year, we went through a 100+degF temperature swing in a half year here in my area of Wisconsin and I'm still here to tell the tale.

Yes, it is. An absolute temperature reading is necessary to yield an absolute temperature.

An "average" of what, exactly? What exactly is being measured by this "anomaly" then, if no absolute temperature values are involved?

Remember that anomalies are not measurements. Nothing is measured in "anomalies". Instead, anomalies are determined afterward. In other words, you can't have and make reference to an anomaly unless you first have a valid dataset. This "valid dataset" is what I keep saying doesn't exist. Thus, these "anomalies" do not exist either, since there is no valid dataset to derive them from.

Actually it has been cooling since the Holocene optimum 8,000 years ago. Previous warm periods were warmer than the current Modern Warm Period like the Minoan and Roman warm periods. During these warm periods humankind has benefitted the most and advanced the furthest. Humankind suffers during cooling periods.

Now growing grapes is again moving back to England since we came out of the Little Ice Age cooling. Warmer is good. Cooler is bad.

An average of what is being measured, be it temperature, precipitation, etc., in order to measure a TREND accurately.

Hardly GLOBAL periods or the ROMAN warm period would have been called the GLOBAL warm period. And those are PROXY temps, which are no way near as accurate as direct instrument measurements.

Anomalies ARE measurements! Anomalies measure a deviation from an average.
Valid data sets exist and are used to measure anomalies by REAL scientists throughout the known world no matter how much you deny their existence!

Well duh! If you understood anything about proxy records you would realize that many global proxies are in agreement and that direct measurements don’t tell us much due to such a short period of measurement and even then the measurements have drastically changed over the last 150 years.

According to gfm7175 no data set exists to make that claim! :)
