    From your source, most “suggested Mr. Trump’s election deserves at least some credit” for the upturn, is a long way from trump gets the credit. Care to address the debt? Anyone can prop up failed policy with unlimited money.

    Nice graph. It's like when the climate nutters make a graph to show climate warming and start during the 1970's which is the coldest time in recorded history....yet they avoid the warmest point in recorded history...the 1930's.

    Under Bush, even with the dot com bubble, 9/11, and the Iraq war, the DOW reached 14,000.

    Under Obongo, it reached 19,500 with senior citizens taking it in the shorts with QE 1-4.

    That's net 5,500.

    In 3 years under Trump, it's net 10,000 over Obongo.

    Unless you can show trump had a time machine, and traveled back to 2010, he gets no credit. Every economic metric has remained on the exact same unchanging trend line for 10 years.

    What do you believe the word “most” and “some credit” mean?

    Notice it isn’t “all” and “all credit”.

    That means some disagree with your narrative, the degree of which is unknown — but it is factual that not all economists give all of the credit to trump — instead some give him some credit.

    Yeah, wonder why the article doesn't bring up real GDP growth, which is hovering around 2% these days. A value that the Trump fans and thegatewaypundit would have called terrible under Obama. Now, it is supposed to be MAGA. Where is the 4%, 5%, or even 6% that Trump campaigned on being possible? Where is my $4,000 from the corporate tax cut that was promised? All a bunch of GOP propaganda.

    One thing is clear, though: The MAGA propaganda has convinced the consumer that the economy is great. Thus, the consumer spends money they don't have, putting it on the credit card. When did that go wrong last time? Anyone remembers? Or are the memories of Trump fans too short?
