Well he would be playing the fool to ignore the fascist leftist attacks on political demonstrations with which they believe or the political attacks on 2nd Amendment rights. It's the Democrats who are always talking about fighting, everything is fight to them.
You might do yourself well to search on knife attacks in the UK, Europe, Japan and China. Guns have lots of purpose in varmit control and hunting and yes self defense. I just shot at a feral cat that has been hanging around under my porch, getting up on my cars and torn up two pillows on my porch bench and pee'd on the main cushion.
Threatened? Maryland they are doing it a guy ended up dead. FERNADALE, Md. (WJZ) — A 61-year-old man is dead after he was shot by an officer trying to enforce Maryland’s new ‘red flag’ law in Ferndale Monday morning. Anne Arundel County Police confirmed the police-involved shooting happened in the 100 block of Linwood Avenue around 5:17 a.m. https://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2018...1xVgFFQ0jJFd_i3Cmmq2hybLgD-fGf9T7mpUl0I-TCMsg
I agree, i just don't know of any actual science saying that more guns cause less crime. As far as i know it's anecdotal. I'd be happy to see the science if there is some.
How very Trumpish of you. They say imitation is the highest form of flattery. Although, to be fair, Trump tends to only make childish jabs at folks who've jabbed at him first... so what did the mean ol 2A supporters do to you?
The NRA is the oldest civil rights organization, they protect an inalienable right. They have members that donate on a voluntary basis. If Dems would not talk so much about their rabid anti gun agenda, the NRA would probably see a slight decline in donations. As far as firearms manufacturers, they make a product, their goal is to sell as much as possible. Economics 101 baby.
BS, only a few democrats ever left the party, racist dems like Al Gore senior and Byrd stayed prominent democrats. The south changed due to attracting jobs from the north.
Democrats have selective memory, that's for sure. https://www.newsweek.com/rick-santo...lice-shooting-identity-politics-people-955478 https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jul/12/obama-defends-black-lives-matter-protests-police-m/ https://theundefeated.com/features/police-officers-weigh-in-on-obamas-town-hall-responses/
The data collected by Lott is very persuasive. The gun control movement that has challenged Lott is, IMO, incredible. htps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/More_Guns,_Less_Crime
Obama went after ammo not the guns. https://conservative-daily.com/2016/08/31/breaking-news-obama-atf-announces-backdoor-ammo-ban/
That's as real as it gets. Yesterday was MLK day, the guy democrats tried to stop. How many democrats denounced Grand Wizard Robert Byrd? None.
That's your problem, you get your information from revised history books and public schools. What is it that you don't understand about the mind of a democrat? Y'all are still violent if things don't go your way. Y'all still riot and protest anything that doesn't suit your own needs. Y'all still demean women and minorities if they don't fit into your party. Y'all even call black Republicans uneducated negros on public television. Democrats aren't leaving your party because they had a sudden change of heart for politics, they're leaving your party because y'all have reverted back to your old violent, racist, womanizing ways of the past and they don't want to be a part of that. Democrats ran on the resist platform in the 60's and they run on the resist platform today. How many times have we heard your party refer to Candace Owens as a bed wench, bootlicking Uncle Tom? Y'all call her a sellout to her race because she's a republican. How many times have we heard y'all say you'd love to trade Stacey Dash because she's a sellout to her race since she's a republican? The list goes on and on. Y'all are still the same democrats that you've always been.
It's not guns that are a political issue, it becomes a political issue when some people try to stomp on our basic civil rights..
Right. Democrats don’t really want to take your guns but if they make it impossible to shoot them, they didn’t do anything wrong. Sounds strangely familiar to EVs. We won’t tell you what you should drive, but we’ll make gas so expensive you’ll have to buy EVs or be forced into public transportation because it’s too expensive to drive. Hey folks, we never said you can’t drive. We haven’t touched cars. Believe us. Hey look over there...a squirrel!!!!!
Absolutely false. They were POPULIST Democrats who were also segregationists. It was the Democrat party that gave a home to those views. Even when some split to form the Dixiecrat party after they were defeated they all went back into the welcoming arms of the Democrat party and continued to fight the Republicans over civil rights and voting rights. It was after the Democrats finally gave up the fight and those laws were passed that the economic and domestic and foriegn policy shifts and we younger generations who opposed segregation gained more political power that the shift to the Republican party began. Nixon's "Southern Strategy" was not about race.
Quite noticeable that you didn't address the point of my response, that it was CONSERVATIVE Democrats who founded the KKK and promoted Jim Crow Laws, the "Radical Republicans" of that era leaned LEFT, including Lincoln And you are in error as you attempt to squeeze your incorrect understanding into the twentieth Century. It was no coincidence that Barry Goldwater voted against the Civil Rights Act in 1964 and was the Republican Party nominee for President in that year and also carried the South. Or that Southern CONSERVATIVE Democrats nearly immediately split the party after the 1964 passage. As I said, Nixon saw the development, witnessed Wallace's success, and adopted his Southern Strategy that elected him and has led to the GOP of today
In fact, the DP has always been the party of entrenched institutional racism. As more and more Americans figure that out the DP is desperately trying to find a way to rig or nullify elections. The DP always manages to find a way to really screw over black Americans. See Baltimore. "n the House of Representatives, there are 257 who are Democrats; only 177 are Republican. In the Senate there are 67 Democrats; only 33 are Republicans. The Party that you backed controls two-thirds of the House of Representatives and the Senate, and still they can’t keep their promise to you, ’cause you’re a chump." SHADOWPROOF.COM, MALCOLM X: “DON’T BE A CHUMP”, By Jane Hamsher, 26/8/2009. https://shadowproof.com/2009/08/26/malcolm-x-dont-be-a-chump/
They were not Conservatives they were Populist and they were also segregationist and they were also Democrats and it was the Democrat party that gave a home to their segregationist views. Oh those who try and preface their rebuttal with a "I know better than you..." Barry Goldwater while a small businessman and department store manager and as member of the downtown business chamber urged and passed resolutions to desegregate the downtown business. He was the first storeowner to do so. Then as governor of the state of Arizona he was the first governor to by executive order desegregate the National Guard. He did so before Truman did the Federal Military. He voted against the CRA because of one provision that he believed was unconstitutional. That the federal government could force someone to do business with someone else. Not just blacks but anybody. Even though he led the businesses in Phoenix to desegregate as he voluntarily did in his own store. And it was POPULIST Democrats who were segregationist who were in the Democrat party and stayed in the Democrat party. The Southern state governments remained in Democrat control for years before the Republicans were finally able to vote them out of office or they just died away. The younger generations began taking political power, people moving from other regions, and the Segregationist Democrats retiring or dying. This idea that the Democrat Segregationist ran to the party that had just defeated their efforts to oppose the CRA and the VRA is laughable. The home for segregationist existed in and died in the Democrat party. And "Wallace's Southern Strategy" what was Wallace's Southern Strategy? And you think Wallace was a Conservative? REALLY? The definitive book on Wallace
Don't you understand that the more laws there are restricting what we can do, the less liberty we have in all aspects of life? Why is this so difficult to imagine? You fight against diversity, yet you say you are all for it. You don't really understand the concept.
