Mike is well ahead of Pete now … and closing fast on Liz on all online betting 'sites where people are wagering actual money on the dem contest … not just popping off on some internet board. https://www.oddschecker.com/politics/us-politics/us-presidential-election-2020/democrat-candidate Don't kid yourselves, fellow Dems … the impeached republican incumbent, commander bone spurs, will not be easy to beat this fall. Bernie is simply too far left (not to mention the recent heart attack) to prevail in a general election in this country, in my view, and in the view of significant others... https://www.politico.com/news/2020/01/11/bernie-sanders-trump-jim-messina-097578 And Joe just doesn't look like he could last two terms in office either. With his mind-boggling war chest, Mike is looking more and more like the best-positioned candidate to take on and defeat the disgraced republican... https://thehill.com/homenews/campai...g-best-chance-to-beat-trump-in-betting-market https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/two-billion-reasons-bloomberg-could-unseat-trump https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/01/11/its-bernies-moment-its-bloombergs-race/ MIKE BLOOMBERG 2020
That's it. Vote for a guy that is trying to buy an election and is a fat cat of Corporate America. Everything your party claims to be against. Yeah! Right.
well actually a self made billionaire versus someone afraid to even release his taxes and that has to resort to screwing small contractors, students, and vets to make ends meet. Oh, and I forgot operating phony charities!
Mike continues to get under cadet bone spurs (extremely thin) skin... https://www.politico.com/news/2020/01/23/bloomberg-attacks-trump-102723
Michael Bloomberg is a member of the Trilateral Commission (page 9) http://trilateral.org/download/files/TC-MEMBERSHIP-LIST-JANUARY-2020.pdf The Trilateral Commission have been named by Anthony Sutton, one of the best researchers in the world who suspiciously dropped dead in his kitchen 3 weeks after he "re-published" his book Henry Kissinger btw is also a member (if you haven't seen my thread on Cosatu and communism - he sold Zimbabwe out to the communists per this video ) Here is an interview with Sutton point is... if you vote for Bloomberg... you vote for Soros and the One World Order... you vote for communism, you vote for poverty and losing your rights.
Ah, the right-wing crazies have finally arrived. Can't wait to see Mike's spot on Super Bowl Sunday …"Trump fears Bloomberg because Bloomberg is actually the guy who Trump played on TV—a fantastically wealthy, self-made success with unlimited resources and a willingness to spend it," former Obama senior adviser David Axelrod told the Times. ... https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2020/01/bloomberg-annoys-trump-advertising-fox-news
Being a Billionaire is not necessarily the product of a Plutocrat. Reading his Bio [ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Bloomberg ] gives an insight into his values and how he uses his wealth to benefit people.
Well said, Catcher No doubt Mike walks the walk. Love the fact that his bachelor's degree from Hopkins is in electrical engineering. I too have a B.S. degree in engineering (civil) … and, like Mike, an M.B.A. Dude is 1000 times the leader and business man than dirty bone spurs...
Bernie has the best hair though, undoubtedly, that would give him a 'bump', lol... Seriously though, I do think that over the next few mo. the ensconced candidates (Biden in particular - post Senate 'trial') will fizzle to some extent & the DNC will seriously be looking at Bloomberg. (O I wish it weren't so...!)
Oh my, the right-wing hotties are showing up now, Catcher. Good to see ya, Sahba I don't get the fascination with Sanders. trump and the right-wing smear machine would love nothing more than to run against him (or Warren, for that matter). My fellow Dems are playing with fire if they (foolishly, imo) nominate him... http://nymag.com/intelligencer/2020...-trump-2020-nomination-popular-socialism.html There are only two Dem candidates that commander bone spurs fears … Joe and Mike. And that ball-and-chain (a.k.a. Hunter) around Joe's ankle doesn't seem to be getting any smaller. Like a great come-from-behind racehorse … Mike is starting to make his powerful move on the turn... https://www.politico.com/news/2020/01/28/bloomberg-progressives-leftists-2020-dnc-106712
News Flash.........there are democrats that secretly own guns and believe in the second amendment. They may state publicly that they buy in to all the anti gun BS by Bloomberg but they will vote Trump if it is between those two. Perhaps by the millions.
Well, left to their own devices, the citizens in some of your 'fine' red states have produced obesity rates near 40%. Nearly 4 out of every 10 of these people are obese … with many of the others significantly overweight. A national disgrace, in my view So I'd say those folks could do a lot worse than to pay attention to a guy who's been able to maintain a normal body weight and enjoy very good health for nearly 78 years...
By the millions, eh, 'Fox Well, weak donnie is gunna need a few million more votes this time around if he wants to win the national popular vote (and finally become a legit POTUS, in my view). Mike and I wish him well...
Bloomberg can't win. Because he has declined all contributions, he's not eligible to take part in the debates as per the DNC rules. You can't get your message out there with a series of 30 second commercials. You have to go head-to-head with your opponents and convince the American people why you're the better choice. He's not allowing himself to do that. Frankly, I don't think he wants to be President. I think he just wants to do everything he can to ensure that Trump doesn't win. Of course, in this endeavor he will prove to be a monumental failure...
So is that a yes there will be a national ban? And it's not a red/blue thingy its a black/other races thingy and which states have a disproportionate share of which race.
Mike Bloomberg is the best of the bunch for Democrats but still nowhere near the level of President Trump. Trump has policies that far exceed his predecessors and is larger than life on the campaign trail and in the office. I would suggest keeping President Trump in office and Democrats work as hard as they can to support his policies that help the country and stop trying to tear it apart. They are losing voters and their base of moderate Democrats as they keep pushing further and further to the left. Mike can't stop this from happening. He is just not strong enough. Look to 2024 and get some decent candidates that put the American people over the DNC and that look to extend the Trump policies. Right now, President Trump is the best, most effective leader and is the answer moving forward. Get rid of these idiots and get them to govern.
Great to see Mike's responsible, realistic plan for tackling the reckless trump-gop fiscal irresponsibility that we've seen over the last few years... https://www.cnbc.com/2020/02/01/bil...-calls-for-tax-on-incomes-over-5-million.html
Clever maneuver on his part. The main reason he got into the race was to try to prevent a wealth tax Democrat from winning the nomination, but he needed an answer to the Democratic primary voters demand for a wealth tax. His tax wouldn't be nearly as damaging to his assets as a Warren or Sanders wealth tax would be.
