To conservatives: what would it take to impeach?

High crimes. That's what the constitution says.

and they would say, Trump can't be indicted for any crime, thus he would be considered innocent and they would say so can not be impeached

and really we mean removed.... Trump was impeached, just not removed

No we put the Constitution and a duly elected President over political retributions by the Democrats for losing the election.

False, we would say bring the high crime charges to the House for impeachment and once out of office he can be indicted just as with Clinton.

Nothing changes the basic fact that to accuse soemone of breaking the law, you have to state what law he broke.
    You haven't... because you can't

I am sorry, but I do not know how you can support the notion that the Democratic Party leadership resisted anything when there were calls for impeachment before Trump even took office. They resisted nothing, they just couldn't find anything that Trump did wrong that was worthy of impeachment. They still haven't, but that is another argument.

Dagdad said abuse of power of a federal office is a felony. I want proof.

How and why is it a felony? Saying it over and over doesn't prove anything. You'll have to cite some authority other than Adam Schiff.

The jury (the Senate) disagreed. They decide these things, not the internet.

You can start with where I touted "muh economy numbas." Then learn to spell.

And save me from what? I didn't vote Republican and am unlikely to do so this year.

All I recall saying was that normal people are enjoying the economy and you are turning them off with your hysterics and hyperbole. But if you are determined to alienate the voters, don't let me stop you, LOL.

on edit: Just out of curiosity, are you a Bernie Bro?

Cop out response. Democrats pretending their impeachment want politically driven, while accusing the president without proof that he abused power for an election edge. The irony is thick.

It is very far from the truth. Trump sleeps about 5 hours a night. He doesn't spend the other 19 playing golf. Anyway, that is not impeachable. Blame the founders, not me.

Who said the president shouldn't be removed from office for a serious crime? I haven't heard that at all.

Well, the founders were wrong about a lot, which makes sense, they were only human. And, trump sleeps 5 hours a night, plays golf for 6 snorts adderall for an hour watches fox news for 8 cnn for 2 and does something else for 2... I mean there's no reason to think otherwise.

It’s not like he used the IRS to dissolve his political enemies or anything.

Umm, lying under penalty of perjury, like Clinton did. An actual crime.

It doesn't matter if they were wrong. You can't disregard the constitution when you think it is "wrong." Your remedy is to amend the constitution. People talk about how hard it is. Well, it's supposed to be hard. Otherwise we have no core.

That's true, but the constitution says you can impeach the president, it doesn't lay out any real definitive guidance for what. Now, if it decides to quit showing up for work, that is of course impeachable because, what else would you do? And many other non criminal things can be imagined that would be impeachable. That being said, this president has and continues to do many things that are criminal. Bribery for example, firing witnesses that testified against you, corruption of the justice department, endless obstruction of justice and congress. etc.
