The "bodies" is not the individual scientists.

Man affects the weather. Man's effect is most likely warming.

The issues are "how much", "what can be done about it" and "the ability to predict it". On those three issues, there is no "overwhelming consensus".

 

On a side note the IPCC political AR’s are issued first and the the supporting “scientific” papers are changed as needed to support the politicization agreed upon by the various government representatives.

The quoted papers are linked onto the reports and there are have been tens of thousands of citations over the years that the IPCC has been producing reports - and according to you not one scientist has noticed that thier research findings have been altered and objected

If you use any of the good temperature records, you'll find warming of around 0.19C for the past two decades, compared to predictions of 0.20C /decade. So, the models have been pretty stellar.

Just about any data set has some sort of frequency in the short term. But look at it in the long term, and it's not there. We know your 60-year cycle theory is BS because there's no 60-year cycle in the long term data.
