I could be wrong... .I often am... but beginning around 1992 I have felt that the evidence for some sort of reincarnation cycle for the human spirit or soul may be one of the most powerful possible ways to address the issue of racism.

To at least some degree I have to admit that Ms. Oprah Winfrey is not entirely incorrect to state that old white people like me have some really dangerous biases that make life on this third rock more difficult for others....... especially if they happen to be Black!

I know that I do have to die to SELF.......
I know that I really do need to make serious improvements......
I admit that Oprah Winfrey is not one hundred percent in error in her assertions that racism and other seriously wrong ideas are a part of our culture and our thinking but..... I do believe that the Being of Light of near death experience fame is transforming Christianity and step by step by step........ ridding our hearts and minds of racism and all kinds of other bad ideas!

attempting to appear to be superior in some way or another to President Donald J. Trump is because
a significant percentage of us Canadians like it when he does this.

P. M. Justin Trudeau sent tons of medical supplies as aid to China as this COVID 19 crisis began.....
and then when America did not immediately agree to supply Canada with the necessary equipment of the very type that
he had given away as foreign aid to China........ he and his team tried to make President Trump and Americans in general look bad.

Some sort of bias is something that is within the hearts and minds of all of us to some degree.....
I personally plead guilty that when I confronted evidence from para-psychology that I may well have been a woman in
one or more of my possible past lives....... I have to admit that I was not entirely thrilled!

I get the impression from a related topic that I began on another forum here that a high percentage of
American and Canadian Blacks....... are not exactly thrilled with the evidence that they may be been
white..... in a past life?!

Ms. Oprah Winfrey deserves credit for being more well informed on this type of information than the vast majority of Christian professionals.

My rather firm suspicion after thirty years of studying this type of material is that Ms. Oprah Winfrey may well be my great, great, great, great....... granddaughter from one or more of my probable...... or surely at least possible "past lives."

I am of the opinion that Ms. Oprah Winfrey is in a position to play a huge role in preventing the USA and world economy from descending into a Bear Market, (another 1929) ...... and I personally see ART in some form as one of the most promising ways to begin to address serious flaws in the USA, Canadian, Israeli, Australian and world economy.

One of the near death experiencers that I believe Ms. Winfrey will want to research is Mr. Christian Andreason whose writings on the topic of reincarnation have what I consider to be off the scale ARTISTIC VALUE... that can be transformed into educational value, diplomatic value, psychological value, and yes...... ECONOMIC value!

Oprah has a valid point which is somewhat verified by what was shown to near death experiencer and former Skeptic Howard Storm. It may well take to 2185 or so to have a utopian earth..... because all of us... .white and black and in all nations... have some terrible misconceptions that will be difficult to over come.........

This idea can significantly transform Christianity itself:

Reincarnation was replaced with a belief in hell, which was a later, non-Christian teaching which found its way into the early Christian church. According to Jesus' teachings about reincarnation, facing the consequences of our actions in future lives is how we are "rewarded or punished" for what we do, and so, as Barbro Karlen says, we make our own heaven or hell.. But none of it is "punishment," even though it might seem like it is. When we face challenges or suffering in our life, it is a way for us to learn the consequences of earlier action -- it is not punishment. And it is the best way to learn. If we have caused suffering for others in the past, we need to learn what that suffering feels like so that we can decide not to do that again. As Edgar Cayce, the famous American "Sleeping Prophet" from the early 20th century says, "We must experience in our own soul what we have brought into the lives of others." That way we learn that bringing love and compassion and joy and peace into the lives of others brings the same to us, and bringing hatred and fear and pain into the lives of others brings the same to us. When Jesus said, "Do unto others what you would want done to you," he is reflecting this idea, because what we do to others is what will be done to us.

Of course suffering is not always punishment. Sometimes we choose to face challenges in our lives in order to strengthen our faith or our compassion or our understanding in some way. And sometimes advanced souls choose to be incarnated as poor people or beggers or others low in the estimation of the world, in order for us to realize that our negative judgement of the "least of these our brothers and sisters," may be all wrong, because, as Jesus puts it, these may actually be Jesus or some other advanced soul incarnate to teach us about the nature of love and compassion.
