The guy in the racist hat is felon Jonathan Lee Riches. But keep posting that and looking like an extreme partisan who's going off topic to bash the president. Carry on.

There is a camera that shows the incident almost from beginning to end. "Camera 2" shows the suspect was not resisting. Not sure we need the Police cameras at this point. There is no evidence he was resisting in any way, other than he fell down next to the cruiser.

Garner was subject to an instant death sentence for selling untaxed cigarettes. Are you saying we have a responsibility to be in good physical condition so we can survive a police beating.

I was talking about the Lemp case, i.e., the man murdered by a MD swat team in his home based on a newly passed red flag law and an anonymous phone tip.

Any crime is worthy enough to kill a brown person if they resist in any way to many Trumpsters. A very good many ( not all obviously, but most ) are racist. So they dont really care about things like this. Many will secretly cheer it on in fact. And some will just be openly happy about it. Thats conservative america for you.

That is the police claim. Of course they don't provide supporting specifics. He had a clean criminal record. So did the 2nd Amendment not apply to him?

How about peace and prayer while waiting for justice to convict these police officers. If I lived there, the only "protest" I would attend would be a candlelight vigil for Floyd's wrongful death. We need prayer and justice.

funny, Michigan enacts smart social distance rules and NRA-thugs charge into the state house armed to the death, demanding to see the Governor.

    prayer and peace? LOL!!

This was part of a sidebar conversation with SuperBad Brother on the issue of police misconduct involving whites v. police misconduct involving blacks. It is my contention the overarching issue in the Minn cse is police misconduct, not racism. The media tends IMHO to ignore police misconduct directed at white people.

Don't know if it is 'approved', but I have seen it used. Though to be fair, usually when I have seen it, it is a couple of officers trying to control a suspect, and one will put knee on side of head/neck to free up hands for cuffing. After suspect being restrained and controlled? Hard to justify. I would expect this officer to be facing manslaughter charges.

Good thing you have the simple solution.
Surely no black person in America man has ever been killed by Police, while cooperating. (sarcasm)

So you are arguing that forgery and resisting arrest are not immoral or wrong?

Are you accusing LoneStarGal of charging the state house with arms?

Lemp was white. I don't know any conservative that believes the 2nd Amendment does not apply to black people. In general, liberals seem to be the ones who want to keep blacks from owning firearms.

I would say that is just more embellishment and fake news as you drift further and further into the absurd.

Let justice run it's course and if the officer in this case is set free, then you have the right to freak out.

At minimum, reckless homicide, but personally, I lean toward first degree.
