Can't comment on the $39.95 report as I don't want to spend $39.95.

One report makes a claim that seems viable about the Fruitland Park police being infiltrated. But this is a community of about 10,000 people that is in no way representative urban America. Also, a new policy chief was put into place last year to correct the problem so the problem in Fruitland is likely corrected.

The rest of the information is just isolated incidents independent of statistics, i.e, this prison guard belongs to racists groups, this cop said Blasio's wife is a crack ho, etc. etc. Seriously. This is not the sort of data to support a research paper. Your professor should have given a D at best if in fact you used this material in a research paper. Isolated incidents at best only support that claim that there are isolated instances of law enforcement being "infiltrated."

Well you did provide your data and thanks. However, IMHO, this material did not support your assertion in any way with respect to the Minneapolis incident.

It appears that 80% of rioters arrested in Minneapolis were from out of state, likely white supremacists. Yeah, Trump fans! Only 8% of the local police actually live in Minneapolis.

That I would not know at all. I've read all sorts of claims but not enough evidence on these and similar claims. There are certainly opportunists from Minneapolis and elsewhere involved but as of now there is no way to fact check and crunch credible numbers.
