Makes me uncomfortable when 2 separate professionals can examine the same body and come to different conclusions? How will this work in court, which should they believe?
He had a heart attack, just so very randomly in that 8 minutes...Who in their right mind actually believes this?
Doesn't apply here, no depraved mind and the act was not eminently dangerous, it was an authorised technique of the MPD.
kneeling on the carotid artery is eminently dangerous, as it cuts off blood flow to the brain. we have video evidence of the depraved mind of the officers involved, as they were kneeling on his carotid artery, depriving his brain of blood and oxygen for 8 minutes, while Floyd was hand cuffed, laying face down on the pavement, with 2 other officer also holding him down. The law is crystal clear here. You are demonstrably and objectively incorrect. It's pathetic how you keep trying to excuse the blatant murder of both arbery, and Floyd.
Nothing random about it, he chose to resist. Had he been tased or CS'd or he'd run and they'd chased him the result would be entirely the same.
Yes but don't know he knelt and pushed down, we can only see him resting his knee. The other officers were just holding him down as he freaked out when they tried to put him in the car. How are they responsible exactly? The law is clear here, the circumstances are not and the burden of proof lies upon you. I am obviously right, you just don't have the self possession to lose face by admitting I am correct in both cases.
no we can see him pressing down. they failed to stop the excessive use of force which led to the murder of Floyd. and It's been proven. We have video of the officer committing the 3rd degree murder. you are quite demonstrably wrong, and your pathetic apologetics for this murder, and arberies is just sad.
I tend to trust the second autopsy even though they were hired by the family. That does not mean another independent autopsy should not be performed, but with my background in anatomy and physiology I can say confidently irrespective of Floy's pre-existing conditions (or not) that neck compression did contribute to asphyxiation and to lack of blood flow.
Why is there police brutality in the first place? Who trains the police cadets to be so rough and brutal? The answer is - they are trained in Israel! https://southfront.org/who-trained-the-increasingly-brutal-u-s-police-it-was-israel/
you can in no way substantiate this claim. He did not die of a heart attack. he died of lack of blood/oxygen to the brain as a result of compression applied to his carotid artery, in addition to underlying medical conditions. The acts of the officer contributed to his death, and were illegal. It's why he's going to jail for murder 3.
Kapernick did nothing to help race relations. All he did was to use his position to "condemn" America. You are right. They are not all black in the protest movements. They are, however, all left of center....that is the point. Personally I was outraged when I saw what happened to Floyd. Sure, he was in the act of what was probably a criminal act, but no human being deserves the treatment he got. Then the whole thing turned into a discussion of "race". That is where you lose me. My personal Doctor is black. I take music lessons from a lady who is black. I live in a predominately white county but I seek those two out because they are the best.....not because they are black. I have seen all this happen before.....many times. People are outraged at something that takes place. There is unity in that out rage and then race blaming comes in. That divides us. Do you know which Party uses that in every election? I'll give you a hint. It is the party that promoted slavery first, and then segregation! It is the Party where the leader looks at certain black folk and says...."you ain't black!" because he feels he owns them! We have been addressing racial grievances for over 100 years. What we do not do is live the truth that we are all human beings with souls that should be blind to color. When we emphasis color we cause division and as long as we do that, it will always be the same.
I have too much to do rather than protest. Protesting is for idle people that want attention. Most non-socialists are just that way!
