"Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword."
Try *some* I'm with fatback on this. Ps. I sure wish *some * dems cared about those poor babies. Maybe if we saw a 9 minute video of an abortion over and over and over and over if it would.change minds. maybe some crazy folks could burn a few cities on behalf. No vaccuum no peace?
Exactly, so in the meantime lock y'alls doors, cuz we got bricks and were spreadin the virus! Trials usually wrap up in 6 months or so... almost there.
It is like when police officers tazzed a very large black man several times because was resisting and the usual rhetoric.....he died of a heart attack right there on the sidewalk while they put wrist restraints on him. Don't resist is #1.....have your day in court...alive. He resisted, and even though the officer was wrong for putting his knee into his neck, he still would not have died if he was healthy and not tweaking on meth and elephant tranquillizers. The "victim" has to a lot to do with his own death. WOW, how in the hell is that justice? Tried and convicted in a "court of opinion". Conviction in the media is not justice. You sir are part of the problem.
"We will charge all that the facts and the law allow." MN AG Keith Ellison. You just cannot ask for more than that in a criminal case.
Do you really want anarchy? You do know that should be the last thing you, as a criminal rioter/looter would want because that would be an open season with no limit. You are safe in those liberal run cities with leftest politicians, but once you stray outside to the suburbs......I hope you have a will and a beneficiary named. I dare you....you will quickly learn what a minority truly is. I hope all those stores in the black neighborhoods never rebuild (you can blame ANTIFA too).....why would anyone build in a area infested with those whom live to destroy??? It is economically unviable to rebuild every few years because of the destructive nature of the "black culture". Have fun travelling 10-20 miles to the nearest grocery store. I saw this first hand after the LA riots in the 90s (Rodney King) and how those in Compton, Watts, etc, complained of not having stores nearby.....after they were burned down and not rebuilt.
What's happening now has nothing to do with Floyd. Whats happening now needs to be put down with an excessive show of force.
That has been -- up to this point -- enough reason for the political Left inside the United States to label any and all deaths Covid-19 if the virus was present in the body . . . regardless of any other factors. Gosh . . . it seems like only this week a certain poster was upset because not enough deaths were labelled Covid-19 caused.
What needs to be fixed? I don't recall any leftists anywhere blaming Barack Obama for H1N1 or ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL . . . of the murderous riots that happened on his watch after alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll of his endless race agitating. Hmmmmm . . . sounds like a leftist political problem.
No problem there, because as an M.E. working for a Dem Party regime it is now an established tradition that COVID-19-caused is the first thing he put down on the death certificate . . . at least if he follows party procedures.
curious, has anyone seen the part of the video where he goes from sitting on the sidewalk and everything was kosher to having 3 cops sitting on top of him for 9 minutes? That missing part won't do much to change my mind but I find it odd that its the one part that I haven't been shown by the media. If anyone knows where that part of the vid is online, I'd love a link.
My apologies, you missed the sarcasm. I strongly support the 1st amendment, and I strongly support the 2nd as well. Fortunately my city/county has been well behaved, 2 peaceful protests, one candlelight vigil. Everyone behaved like an adult and the one outlier who stood on a cop car was pulled down (quite vigorously) by the protesters themselves and pushed out of the group, told to go home. I moved away from a liberal city a long time ago primarily due to crime and taxes, which reminds me to thank my parents for that again (its been a week since I've done that) I see little incentive for small to medium shop owners that suffered damage to want to rebuild in the same location, if they were smart they would take the insurance money and immediately move to a location less susceptible to looting and burning, but that is their decision to make, I think its safe to assume that some of them have already decided to not re-open in these areas. I know for sure that if it was me the decision would have already been made to relocate. my concern (for the cities suffering from looters and fires) is that if there is still a "no justice no peace" attitude then the protests and violence may continue, even if tapered down over time until the trial, and if the trial fails, oh boy... not good.
It's stuff like that why I am not leaping on the 'he's OBVIOUSLY guilty of murder and a racist murder at that!' bandwagon. We have all seen too many times when these slam dunk cases tried in the court of public opinion by the leftist media and the Dem Party's leadership turns out to have been bull-feces from the get-go once the case goes before a judge and the real facts surface. So I am reserving judgement until the facts surface in about a year from now . . . in an actual court of law.
Given that the Wuhan Virus is the only politically correct cause of death these days we should expect many rioters to go into brain lock if they bother to think about cause of death at all. BTW, that will not mitigate the charges against the cops.
Did anyone actually read the autopsy? Cause of death = cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression. Translation, Cardiac arrest not asphyxiation.
If a jury in Minneapolis finds them innocent you will know they really are innocent. I think that is very unlikely. The fact that a murder victim is fragile and easy to kill does not mitigate the crime at all.
I've already passed judgement myself, but it just makes me question if i'm being led by the nose to come to that conclusion and then after everyone has their mind made up, then they release the part where something serious happens that led to that situation. I'm not foolish enough to assume that they just decided on a whim to toss him on the ground, i'm sure it happens, but its pretty dam rare, there is almost always a dam good reason for that, with that said, there is rarely a dam good reason for sitting on top of him for such an extended period of time. So it makes me wonder, is this being held back to avoid a wave of "wtf" "holy crap he went nuts" responses that might make him look like more than the gentle soul he's being portrayed as? (minus the meth of course) And on top of that i'm still perplexed as to why they just stayed there, what were they waiting for? I've seen enough episode of cops with some serious takedowns and although I realize its edited for time, I've never seen a situation where the dude remained restrained with 3 cops on top for such an extended period, usually its about 30 seconds to restrain him, then he gets shoved into the back of a squad car and the famous "just have a seat in the back of the car while we sort this out" which is code for "you are going to jail tonight"
If you’ve concluded this is about one incident that might just be the root of your failure to grasp what’s going on in this country.
Cardiac arrest is always the ultimate cause of death. I doubt that this autopsy report will help the defendants.
devils advocate: Are you sure? It seems like it would matter big time to the defense attorney, especially if they overcharge. duly noted: zero lawyering experience but I've seen matlock a few times.
My understanding is that they had one hell of a time arresting him to begin with. Or in other words he resisted arrest. Then he dropped to the ground. So they called for an ambulance; but because he had previously resisted arrest the officer placed a precautionary knee on his neck so that if he was scamming them he wouldn't be able to scramble away or lash out with his feet or simply hurt himself by rolling around. Now maybe that was what happened and why four officers of DIFFERENT ethnic backgrounds sanctioned the plan or maybe instead it was four racist cops -- of different ethnic backgrounds -- just looking to murder a Black man because they felt froggish that day . . . and deliberately do it while knowing that they were being recorded. So . . . I have my doubts.
