I think conservatives misread my post. Obama's unemployment made it all the way to 10%, Trump made it to 15%, and maybe it'll go higher. Meanwhile Japan and the UK have seen only a small increase in unemployment because of smart stimulus and covid policies.
6600, while Bunker Boy was on his way they started to dismantle they overflow, buuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
He's the man in charge. He's responsible. He could have tried to be a leader but instead pours gas on it....
The uneducated in this country are not a majority. Trump supporters are not a majority. Conservatives are not a majority. Republicans are not a majority. The majority is exactly what I said earlier: slightly left-leaning centrists. I'll let you mull that over and think about who, in this upcoming election, represents that majority. (Hint: not Trump.) And like it or not, the majority voted for a left-leaning centrist in 2016 as well. It sucks to be in the minority, but there you are.
Did you see all those full seats...in the midst of a global pandemic and with hundreds or thousands of counter-protesters outside?
Ah yes, the protesters 2 streets away, and a virus that isn't really dangerous, except when Trump holds a rally.
While I don't want to give them more credit than they deserve, it occurs to me that some portion of that low attendance could be due to the pandemic, with some Trump supporters showing the good sense to avoid joining a target-rich environment for COVID-19.
I thinks it's a little matter of it being built for optimal conditions versus the conditions at the time being not so optimal. But hey, when you're thirsty, half a glass is better than none. As a rally, the fact that over eight million essentially attended, I'd say that crosses the threshold of success.
Hey Trump wanted to do something, but the supposed top echelon of the pentagon(the secretary of defense in particular) was basically "Nah bro, this ain't our fight. Not like we're supposed to protect America or anything." And the governors/mayors themselves? They had the obligation to call the national guard, still didn't. You think Eisenhower would've tolerated Chaz? Would we as a nation have tolerated that? So yes, blame goes to where it belongs. If you claim you have the power and responsibility, and refuse to do so then the blame falls on your shoulders. Democrats are weak and continue to be weak on national security, the attempts of blaming anyone else doesn't work.
How is it successful with thousands of empty seats? You aren't making sense. Many people started camping our on the sidewalks in front of the arena last week, starting Wednesday. They apparently fell for the Trump campaign's bee ess claim of more that a million requesting tickets. BLM prostesters were kept blocks away, so there's one of your multiple choice option down the drain. Traffic wasn't the holdup; even the pic you shared showed it was heavy but not a major hindrance, and that pic was taken during the daytime for a nighttime event, so there's your other multiple choice option gone. The only other options are 3) dwindling support, 4) even some Trump supporters take the virus seriously, and 5) both 3 and 4 (which I believe is the correct choice). Trump supporters are a shrinking minority. Denial is an acronym for Don't Even kNow I Am Lying.
In other words, it was quite effective and you would like to suppress future rallies, because once again you side is getting their arse's kicked by Trump. You folks are paper thin and it is very easy to see through your contempt for this country.
You are delirious, Biden lacks enough strength to get his foot off the floor, nor less kick anyone butt, and between the time he decides to do and try's to do it, he will forget what he was doing and crap his diapers instead. He, like his supporters are totally delusional. He is a senile old man who doesn't even know where he is or why he's there, all he can do is present that crazy granny smile and hopefully focus on the teleprompters. If not for AutoCue, he would be just another bumbling drunk in a alley. .
So you're saying Eisenhower would've silenced a political opponent or something? Because that's generally not his history, or even the history of America.
Agreed, Biden's rally was a total failure, if not for security and media, there would be no one there.
Limiting all possible options to only ones which makes sense from your worldview could also be misconstrued as denial. It's entirely possible that when MSNBC aired that the police had closed off one of the three gates for entry to the rally because of a scuffle between BLM protesters and Trump supporters, live at 4pm (just three hours before the event was to start) a lot of people decided it wasn't worth the trouble....especially when a rally can be watched live on the internet.
