    I get it.

If the story is true and Putin is paying to have Americans killed, and Trump does absolutely nothing to protect the lives of Americans, you don’t care.

    That’s entirely clear.

I agree, if the story is true then it's a dereliction of duty as the commander in chief of the armed forces. The argument over whether we should be in Afghanistan is secondary to protecting American lives.

How many NY Slimes retractions have we seen in the last 3 years? All about Trump.

Your last sentence nails it. I don't expect any Trump supporter to accept this since they have long lost the ability to distinguish fact from fiction.

Once again we now have more sources contradicting Trump. Hopefully this will be the straw that breaks the camel's back and Republicans will step up and become USA patriots and take action against Trump.

Democrats suddenly care about American lives!

    :roflol:

Thousands killed and maimed and driven to suicide by war criminals Bush II and Obama, and suddenly Democrats care that some infinitesimal number MIGHT have been killed for some obscure ALLEGED reason, and SOMEHOW they want to pin this on Trump!

    :roflol:

Hot war dove Trump, who refuses to expand the insane War On Terror, thus saving countless lives.

    Democrats caring about American lives!

    :roflol:

You can't make this garbage up!

    :roflol:

Of course, the Pentagon says this allegation was unconfirmed from the get.

    Just more Democrat crapola.

    Vote Democrat 2020

Every few hours brings another story supporting the accuracy of the original report.

Your laughing at Americans being targeted for execution is noted.

I am genuinely surprised at a trump supporter defending the assassination of American servicemen and women. But maybe nothing should surprise me in the era of dirty donny.

I think Trump bombed Russian air bases in Syria over them helping Syria launching chemical weapons on Syria, I'm sure he responded appropriately if he knew and we don't need to know how. The odds are he wasn't briefed because as we're finding out intelligent services aren't sure they did it. You guys said he would start WW3, now your saying he didn't respond to start WW3. Geez, anything else you want to throw on the wall. Russia Russia Russa…..

And I respect Herridge's reporting, but there are enough reports to different news organizations, using independent sources, to the contrary (most recently the AP reporting that the white house knew in early 2019), that there is definitely smoke worthy of investigating here.

Let's review the Times reporting on all things Russian....0-200,000 or so, yea I'm skeptical at best. Let's review Trump on Russia, bombed their assets in Syria, sanctioned the heck out of them. Dems said he wants war,, now he won't do anything to protect soldiers. Yea ok let's believe the Russian experts on this board and the times, lol.

There is no version of this that doesn't make Trump look bad.

Btw, the report was in the Wire, back in March, I think. The Wire goes to upper level people with a high level security clearance. IOW, everybody but Trump knew, assuming he didn't know.

    Which is a ridiculous assumption.

What I find completely scary is that the administration has already briefed Congressional R's, but the Congressional D's get their briefing today..

    https://www.politico.com/news/2020/06/29/nancy-pelosi-demands-briefing-russian-bounties-344219

    Why 2 separate briefings?

That smells badly and this entire thing smells badly.

Well, it seems one of the R's briefed yesterday may have somehow gotten the impression Trump should have known about this.

    SNIP
The Trump administration told Republican members of Congress on Monday that intelligence about potential Russian bounties may have been included at some point in the President's Daily Brief but not conveyed to President Donald Trump in a formal threat briefing because it wasn't yet "actionable," the top Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee said.

"I believe it may have been" in the written President's Daily Brief, or PDB, Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, said in an interview.
    ENDSNIP

    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...nce-may-have-been-trump-brief-wasn-t-n1232498

I'm sorry, but that line in bold is one of the funniest and scariest lines to summarize our Idiot President in 4 years. THINK about what that says....

Does Trump only read the Comics and Sports sections of the PDB??

Trump: Literally killing service members with his bare hands

    :roflol:

Impossible to take this garbage seriously, especially this sudden *Democrat concern for American lives.*

    :roflol:

It's like when liberals suddenly discovered that Saudi Arabia was a depraved/sociopathic theocracy; they didn't care before Trump, and they won't care after he leaves office in 2025.

    :roflol:

And did a Trump supporter defend the assassination of (suddenly precious to Democrats) service members?

    :roflol:

    The faux outrage!

Trump could literally walk on water and that would make him look bad to liberals.

    It's called obsession.

Two points: He bombed a Syrian air base and warned Russia beforehand. And the sanctions he imposed were almost entirely forced on him by congress.
