Sen. Tammy Duckworth responds after Tucker Carlson suggests she hates America

She never said anything about her opinions in her response to Tucker's comments. She just mentioned her handicapabilities.

Fine, then let her do it on her terms. She's free to address any of Tucker's comments in whatever way she chooses.

But she won't.

 

She mentioned her legs when defending her patriotism, not her opinions on statues.

 

I'm not sure there's ever been a better pairing of advertiser and program than a Pillow and Tucker Carlson....

 

No one "has" to appear on someone's show just because they are throwing a hissy fit and want to control the conversation.

 

I've been watching more and more of Tucker lately. He speaks it as it is, the truth, and that really irritates the left.

 

Meanwhile, he sucks avidly at the teat of cadet bone spurs.
He must be competing with trump for the title of cowardly maggot of the year.

Anyway, I feel that Carlson should be Fired for his Unconscionable Attack on Duckworth's Character.

It seems unfathomable that Faux would give a Veteran-Hater (like Carlson) a platform.

Tucker's comments were to call her anti-American. Her service to America is evidence to the contrary, whether you like it or not.

 

It's ironic that you're all attacking Tucker for taking "cheap shots", by taking cheap shots at Tucker.

Anybody want to actually discuss what Tucker actually said, or is it going to be nothing but cheap shots?

 

I used to like him. He used to be one of the more thick-skinned folks out there in the media. These days I'm glad he occasionally stands up to Trump, but he also spends way too much time pandering to race-baiting idiots.

MyPillow is a great product made right here in the USA. If they are advertising on the show, that means they are getting results. I am not a fan of political opinion shows or these worthless spats, but Im glad to see a business thriving in these times. Attacking statues will certainly sell a lot of pillows!

Not sure if he actually served in combat, but even if he did, he went on to physically attack civilians and go on an anti-government rampage inspired by a neo-nazi, anti-government book. Surely you know that.

Let me know when Duckworth does something worse than say that maybe it is okay to have a conversation about statues. Or is she a mass murderer too? Do you have something on that?

 

Timothy McVeigh did serve in combat. He had confirmed enemy kills, and it was reported that he was an amazing shot with a .50 cal.

Timothy McVeigh is proof that you can serve America with distinction, and still hate America, with a psychotic passion even.

 

When the injury is the result of sacrificing for one's countries, it is the perfect response to someone when they are accused of hating their country.

 

You do not need an explanation for why a guy who committed terrorist bomb attacks against federal buildings is no where close to a good analogy for a sitting ****ing US senator.

 

I often wonder if that's his real hair. Some say it is, but I'm skeptical, or maybe I'm jealous.

 

And then he went on to attack our country. Like lethally. He killed people. Some things are actually worse than just saying things you don't like.

 

It is both fair and accurate, considering how much hatred military veterans were being subjected to during the presidency of Barack Obama, and talk of how they were radicalized white supremacists.

 

I don't think you actually have any proof or memory of such an event actually taking place in the real world.

 

It wasn't an analogy, nor was it a comparison.

It was an example that proves that you can, in fact, have served America with distinction, and yet still hate America.

If your working with the premise that it's impossible to have served America faithfully in the military, and yet hate America, then Timothy McVeigh proves you quite wrong.

 

Saying your opinion is wrong is no where near the same as saying that you hate your country.
