Who has shown pride in this fact?
    It is just fact.

I don’t care what made up group you try and throw me into, that just shows your ignorance

But they ARE happy about that as it selectively culls the population they despise. Oprah openly admitted this when she said that she’s looking for the day when older whites die. But don’t expect the claims of racism to go away no matter how small the white population becomes. The militant anti racist will still want to extract every penny they can. Even generations after whites become an insignificantly small minority.

Can you provide the quote where Oprah said she’s looking for the day when “older whites die”?

Oprah Says Older Generations “Just Have To Die” To Solve The Problem Of Racism

In a 2013 interview with the BBC, Winfrey said that entire generations “just have to die” to cure the problem of racism.

After Winfrey told the BBC’s Will Gompertz that she thought that racism has “gotten better,” Gompertz asked Winfrey if she thought the problem was solved.

Winfrey responded, “Of course problem is not solved. You know, as long as people can be judged by the color of their skin, problem’s not solved. As long as there are people who still, there’s a whole generation — I say this, you know, I said this, you know, for apartheid South Africa, I said this for my own, you know, community in the south — there are still generations of people, older people, who were born and bred and marinated in it, in that prejudice and racism, and they just have to die.”

But you said she said "older whites die". Seems she didn't actually say that based on what you provided above. I'm no fan of Opray, but I'm even less a fan of misquoting people.

But since 13% of the population is black, that would seem to be giving a preference to blacks wouldn't it?

Same way with sports like basketball, football- if we are going to demand race rule distribution in employment, we need to correct the abuses on both sides.

OR- we could just stop being asshats over all this stuff and treat people like people. I think I like that idea better.

Read this in context of her other views in the link I posted. She clearly is not concerned about the racism of other groups. And she would never have supported Obama were he not Black and she was also a fierce supporter of Cosby until she quietly wasn’t.

I think that's not an accurate interpretation of her comments. From the quote, she is saying that racial attitudes are so deeply embedded in a generation that they will never change their way of seeing things. Oprah isn't expressing any happiness, just stating the fact that racist attitudes the older people have are not going to change. Only after they are gone can we expect any change. If we focus on the last phrase it might seem like she's saying something more than what she said.

But in the context of the link I provided all the fault lays on Whites. I’m not saying she is calling for genocide against whites but that she is looking forward to the day when the ones she disagrees with die of natural causes. The ones that are less uppity are ok with her as they are more docile and more susceptible to white guilt.

Thank you for giving me the right to my opinion but did you read the other five things she said? It would make no sense that she was not specifically calling out whites for bad behavior in just this one out of the five

She never said "older whites" like you claimed. That's the bottom line. She only mentioned older people. She forgot to mention there are also plenty of young people who are also racist.

Yes she conveniently forgot to mention younger racists just as she convenient forgot to mention non white racists. Surely you cannot be so bereft of common sense that you don’t know which group she was talking about. Please reread the link and find the clear context.

Why would she need to mention "non white racist" when she didn't mention ANY color at all?

I don't think that it is a money making proposition or someone would have already done it, but good luck and thanks for the offer.

Cmon guy, she mentioned white racism in all the other 4 examples in the link I posted. Why would this one be different?

But I’m giving her too much credit anyway. She got a BS in dramatic arts but people want to bestow upon her the honor of master sociologist and even spiritual advisor (the last makes sense though as it has no peer reviewed test of correctness at all as the first has a slight hint of science behind it)

You are right, she is simply irrelevant to the discussion.

And I should be used to this because we have given Greta T extraordinary access to the media both as a minor and one with no published papers on Climate Science which could possibly be challenged.

Western Society has is now valuing the power of media generated charisma over academic virtue.

What harm can come of that?

Yeah, but you can't say that emancipation wasn't progress from slavery, or that repealing Jim Crow wasn't progress, or that the Civil Rights Act and Voting Rights wasn't a HUGE move forward. We go beyond the rights in the 60's to programs like Affirmative Action and MWBE and we've gone beyond equally to compensate for past injustices.

It's unlikely that humans will ever completely stop psychological In-Group Bias, where people naturally have warmer feelings to people who are more like ourselves, than to people who are less alike. In-Group Bias affects everything from who we marry, who we choose as friends, which political party makes sense, what work/career we pursue. As long as people are not hating people just because they are very different to themselves, and people can be equally civil to each other, then maybe that's as good as it gets. Being aware of our subconscious preferences and knowing everyone does the same thing, or "tolerance and kindness", is a utopian goal, and one certainly worth striving for.

There was a study about racial In-Group Bias a few years ago. Here a some charts summarizing the findings. In every race, people have a warmer feeling about their own race than about others. In a correlation between political preference and race, findings are similar, except for white liberals who have a peculiar tendency toward self-loathing and a preference for everyone before themselves.

All Blacks are "Racist"...its natural to any suppressed people.....but thats not my fault... Blacks are taught from birth thats whites are superior from them..so thet form a young opinion of whites being superior, thts why there is more black on white crime than white on black crime....The solution to racism is segregation of the races...Move all blacks back to their homeland of Afrika....after all they have changed their identity from Negro to Afrikan American...whis is a misnomer.....If I was white and moved from Afrika to the United States, would I be called an
    Afrikan American"????

Tell me anyone if black owned companies should be punished so harshly for failure to hire outside of the Black community.

If so then why not? They created the opportunity by successfully starting the business which is a lot of hard work. Why can’t they choose the employees they want?

There’s BET and Telemundo Networks simply because those communities were under serviced. Enterprising people identified an under served market, took a risk, created a product in an effort to serve it.

    It’s called capitalism.

I don’t know what the “S” stands for but, if it stands for what I think it does there’s 400-odd groups in the country. I know it’s a bit confusing these days with all the rebranding. Also, the rebranding effort might imply they don’t want to be lumped together and that might be an obstacle to creating something for them.

If all else fails just turn on Tucker Carlson. In fact he might be a good contact if you’ve got a 24/7 programming idea to pitch. I don’t believe there’s a sustainable market but don’t take my word for it find out for yourself.

Yes but capitalism is too harsh so we should all share the graham crackers just like we did in kindergarten.

I mean since we are already deeply invested in retrograde emotional development anyway.

I’ve given you two links with citations.
You are wasting my time now with your contentiousness.
I will not argue with you until the heat death of the universe about someone as trivial as Oprah.
Take these petty arguments to someone with more time and patience.
    I wish you the best!
