He wasn't impeached "for a phone call" anymore than Clinton was impeached for "having an intern." He was impeached for his abuse of power ON that phone call, and justifiably so. Saying he was impeached "for a phone call" is like saying that McVeigh was imprisoned for "having fertilizer" or that Charles Manson was imprisoned for "having a fan club."

Got nothing to with Biden's or Trump's reaction. It has to do with the voters. Kamala hit Biden hard during the primaries. Trump will bring it up frequently and the voters will react.

We have heard for four years that there is ample concrete evidence and yet the democrats didn't impeach him. Now, don't go and blame the GOP because democrats were able to impeach him over a phone call to the Ukraine. If there is actual evidence Trump did this no one would vote against impeachment. American don't like traitors. Anyone who voted against it would be voted out of office.
