Trump updated systems, not continued to make bomb after bomb, for endless middle eastern wars in Lybia, Yemen, Syria and Afgan...of course, he obviously had to end ISIS caliphate and other messes left by Obama and Biden
they got the annual cost of living rise....but this is the largest in 10 plus years https://www.militarytimes.com/news/...es-effect-jan-1-check-out-the-complete-chart/
Wait, so now your contention is that Bidens didn't ask for the same level raises ? Im not going to address that as I await your apology for making things up. You said Biden wanted to "stop pay raises", which wasn't true. Then you post an article full of conjecture and "ifs" and "what abouts"
Bush set the timeline for letting go of the tiger that said, did not matter when we left, the minute we leave the power plays of the regions start that is why it was like grabbing a tiger by the tail.... once you let go it gets ugly and someone going to get bit Bush was wrong to start a war in Iraq
Yes, he bragged about ending Obama and Biden's endless wars and cleaning up their mess....a 1040 won't show you if he profited from that....but frankly...I can't be mad at anyone for bringing about peace...even if they profited from it
and yet Trump has done none of that yes, his taxes would show if he invested and profited from any of those comapanies
Bush put into place an agreement that years out...obviously it wasn't going to be indefinate....Obama attempted to renegioate and failed....horribly https://foreignpolicy.com/2016/10/07/the-mess-obama-left-behind-in-iraq-surge-debate/He even bragged that he was leaving a free and stable Iraq: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2011/dec/14/barack-obama-iraq-war- we can certainly play Monday Morning QB...about if it was right for Clinton to sign the Iraq Liberation Act (making it US Policy to overthrow Saddam), or if Congress was right to pass the Authorizan for Use of Force, or if Bush was right to go along with all the intelligence provided by the US and our ALlies....but he did....but it's no doubt that it was wrong for Obama/Biden to throw all our gains in the nation away
Of course he has...hence why he is up for a Nobel Peace Prize No it wouldn't....but you are free to see what he has invested in....he Fin Disclosure forms are all public...go see if he has investments in any company you wish https://www.cnn.com/2020/07/31/politics/read-trump-financial-disclosure-2019/index.html
Your opinion about whether or not Donald Trump would choose himself or Ivanka is of great importance and relevance! Thank you for your very valuable contribution....
That was the post White House spin, Meadows all over cable TV attempting to “explain” the President’s comment, which even if true, would show he is dividing the military, just as he has the American public, not what one usual associates with being the Commander in Chief
Those are his personal investments, not Trump Incorporated, or Trump Holdings. Your not serious......
This “military industrial complex” spin is getting comical, two months prior to his election the President suddenly discovers the “military industrial complex,” high probability that if you google Trump donors there are a whole lot members of that “military industrial complex” on the list
I wish he had put a bounty on my unit. We decimated everybody who dared fire at us. That was the only fun part about the job. Do you know how boring it is to escort a convoy for three weeks and only drive 60 miles? Firefights are what we lived for. A few hours of trading fire with each other got the juices flowing. Nothing like the rush of a firefight. I believe the current version of our military probably doesn't share my sentiments, but we all signed up for a reason.
Well let's think about it. Under Obama, Guard/Reserve units suffered mass reductions, equipment shortages due to budget cuts, and a surge in Afghanistan and Iraq when told he wanted to end the wars. Guard units even completely shut down. Under Trump, our budget increased, we now can work closely with our civilian partners for contracting and training so our military presence can reduce in the middle eastern wars. Oh and our Guard and reserve units that I personally served in, are now functional and have the resources needed pre-deployment(s). So yea, call Trump anti-Military. Just shows how idiotic civilians are.
I do know a couple of veterans who were very recently deployed. They voted for Trump, but won't be doing so again because Trump forced us to abandon the Kurds, who had been fighting by our side against ISIS. It matters not why we had troops in Syria, it's about how we pulled them out, and the dire consequences of that decision on the Kurds, whom Erdogan is quite gleefully scattering and/or slaughtering. Who do you think that decision helped? Not us, certainly not our allies. No, the beneficiaries of that action are Erdogan, who simply hates the Kurds, Assad, Suria's dictator, the one who uses nerve gas on his own people, and Putin who, through our absence and with the full knowledge and aid of Turkey and Syria, can now proceed to better maintain, even improve, on the Russian Navy port in Tartus, on the Mediterranean. It's why Putin needed Crimea ... for the huge (previously USSR owned and operated) Naval Base at Sebastopol, and the other one, can't remember what it's called, on the Bosphorus, right where the Black Sea meets the Mediterranean. It's no secret that Trump dismisses our allies, yet fawns over "strong man" dictators like Putin, MBS, Erdogan, Duterte, and Kim Jong Un. Do you remember what he said a few years ago, when top intelligence people in his own administration informed him for the second time that Kim Jong Un's people had developed and tested a missile capable of reaching the continental U.S.? Trump had already had a conversation with Putin, and resonded to his own staff with "I don't care. I believe Putin."
I dunno, man ... he's getting uglier by the day, IMO. Young women these days are more prone to evaluate the risk/reward ratio.
A Striking Reversal: Trump's Attacks on the Military and Defense Contractors President Donald Trump mounted a public attack unusual even for him over the Labor Day weekend, accusing his military leadership of advocating war “so that all of those wonderful companies that make the bombs and make the planes and make everything else stay happy. https://news.yahoo.com/striking-reversal-trumps-attacks-military-122037450.html Narcissist don't care what they say or do, as long as the attention is thrown back on them. But they do prefer if it's love and kindness. Which tRUMP rarely receives as there's no thing safe from a personal attack from him.
Right ... I'm the snarky one ... like you've never trashed Obama, or his wife, or his children? Or anyone on the left. It's a long fall off that high horse. Try not to hurt yourself. And don't come back at me with accusations of insult. You started it.
