But pulling files off of someone's personal computer and publishing those files is a violation of that person's right to privacy under Section 1 of the 14th Amendment. Hunter Biden is not running for office and is not in public service, he's a private citizen and deserves the same constitutional protections as the rest of it.

Seriously, anyone who thinks this is okay, ask yourself how you would feel about it if your personal files were plastered all over Facebook, for example.
