I'm not interested in who wins your election, I'm addressing this purely from a legal perspective. In a case like this, how the LAWYER has played it is pretty much exactly how it should be done. Once the material was discovered it was handed to an uncompromised agency, then carefully considered before going public.

The only political influence might be in the specific day of going public, but that would be secondary to the legal protocols.

Look what the left is doing. None of them know Hunter Biden from a hole in the wall, and everything we do know about him points to a serious character flaw. He was booted out of the military for drug use. He's a crack head and allowed himself to be photographed as such. He married his brother's widow. He knocked up a stripper, denied it, she had to go get proof, and then he fought off trying to pay his fair share for the kid. While he was doing that, he was living high on the hog and while claiming he was broke he came up with something like $600k to pay back taxes. He had jobs that he never would have had were it not for his father, and this goes from a credit card company, to Ukraine to China.

Yet out of blind faith, almost by telepathic obedience, the left is defending this guy as if by some miracle they know and trust Hunter Biden but not America's Mayor.

 

No, I clearly stated there would likely be political influence in the date of release. My point was that that would necessarily be secondary to protocols. Try something like that without having met all the legal protocols, and you're in serious sh!t.

I’m not entirely sure having pictures of underaged individuals is a crime under federal law. As far as I know, it is a federal crime to publish, post, or share child porn, but I’m not sure if having it on your computer in itself is illegal under federal law (things may differ under state law)
