Anyone listen to this "Amanda A, minister and mother, Biden supporter" on Fox? "I hope we can figure out a table so we can all have a conversation.....". "We need to cultivate a prophetic imagination....".
https://abcnews.go.com/Elections/2020-us-presidential-election-results-live-map/ 94% of the vote is in, Trump ahead by 3%
I think it would(not necessarily for the purpose of crowd size) but what would you rather do: Attend a rally with your favorite candidate, or watch through a series of ads on Netflix, on cable tv or other apps? Hearing a guy speak for one hour, is far more convincing than multiple days of the same ads.
Probably more whining and wailing. Democrats need to fix their platform in the next four years though, and find a better candidate who understands that we're living in a new century. They can't just artificially criticize a sitting president every day for four years and insult that president's supporters and then not run a better alternative and/or at least better policies.
Agreed. I just don't get the appeal of a "drink my koolaid," leader. Jim Jones anyone? I make crazy frowny faces when my liberal friends tell me Obama is the best president in our entire history.
Wow look at this Biden winning the Electoral College but Trump winning the "popular vote", do I hear the leftwing yelling Trump is REALLY winning and that will of the people thingy?
Looking like Democrats need to start preparing their talking points in defense of bad polling. Try to come up with something better than "polls were right, but the margin of error" argument this time.
It'll be corrected in due time given Trump's leads in other States, it's starting to look like an electoral landslide for Trump.
That's the oddity. Trump is only a few years younger than Biden, and clearly nowhere near as fit and healthy, but he SEEMS 20 years younger.
So that fat moth%&^%$&er is going to win again. I better get a ***king tax break this round. Oh, and no more goda** fu***** trade wars or tariffs.
They went with the guy who "beat the establishment" 2016 candidates, then beat establishment Hillary. DNC has not caught on to the "outsider" mood of the country yet. People are just about to get out the pitchforks against the established elite politicos. It's not an age thing. It's how long has someone kept a seat warm in Washington and never gotten any real-life experience outside of smarmy politics.
Well, Congratulations Trump voters, looks like a win. Another slim Electoral College victory and a disillusioned generation of young voters. Sad, but it is what it is.
He could still win. Trump's chances are increasing as the night progresses, but it's going to be a lot closer than 2016.
I did and to be honest I think she's right. Race issues, security, economy, pandemic and climate are all intertwined. Each affects the other so we should be able to openly discuss each honestly instead of taking one issue and dismissing the others. Easier said than done....
Blame your party for picking a weaker candidate than Hillary Clinton, I didn't even know that was possible .
