They're definitely loosing a single target to focus all their rage, but the rage doesn't go away. It just gets spread around more equitably to many smaller targets. We already saw them last night attacking people with a Biden/Harris sign in their front yard. A lot more people will get to enjoy the "facist/racist" label. Spread the social justice. I just learned something new today. The party that demands a recount has to foot the bill. The experts speak out that it's really pointless unless the difference is razor thin. Isn't it a waste of time and money to contest so many ballot counts?

I agree. That's what I was trying to convey. My husband and his brother are a good example. His brother stayed in the small town in Kansas, very near the parents, and my husband ventured out at 19, to the big city. His brother's attitude is still very largely republican, but he has definitely opened up to new ideas, due to the exposure he gets from my husband. It's a good thing. Balance is good. Conversation is good. Adults being adults is good.

No it isn't solved. Throwing money at the poor folk won't make them read Nietzsche, it will just enable more of the dissolution which already exists. When you wish certain icky problems would just go away and leave you to live your cushy life, you throw money. When you care about the direction people are being pushed by the money throwers, you get your hands dirty working on the ground ... where it starts. I don't have any rich Conservative friends. All my rich friends are Progressives.

Sure, but think of the YUGE array of things they blamed Trump for. We're talking about weather, dumped kittens, meanies, indigestion, eddies in the space-time continuum, overcooked steak, bad movies, shark attacks, late trains, uncomfortable furniture, etc etc.
There has never been any compelling evidence of wide-spread voter fraud in this country. Both parties would need to be complicit, and I find that highly unlikely. If a republican walked away from the job and left it completely up to a democrat, that's on them. Both parties are in the counting room in every polling place in the country.

You're missing the point that Republican observers have been being locked out of the counting rooms. They have, however, observed cases of ballots being wheeled in to the counting rooms outside of the process.
~ Speaking of wasting money , how about these special council investigations that end in a dud. They should use those funds to maintain vote integrity . However I believe at this point it is likely too late.
Unless we’re talking less than 1000 votes, there is no need for a recount. In FL the difference was hundreds back with Gore, right? If they did find errors in the 1000s than they would have to expand some recounts because it could be more widespread with some major corruption going on. Even 1000s wouldn’t shift the end result much, but we’d need to know WTF is going on and who’s responsible.

I agree they won't stop as anything at anytime can set off the left. But Biden winning would still, I believe, greatly reduce the rioting directly following the election. Now I'm aware that if a cop has the audacity to defend himself, the left could go bananas again, but they'd do that anyway.
