There are things like military/overseas ballots, cured ballots, and provisional ballots almost everywhere in the country... It's the rare county that has the ability/guts to list 100% at this point... But it does seem to have a greater urgency is some places than others. It's a generally silly system because there are too many different state processes...
Likely they've gotten through all the ballots that both parties approved. My guess is they are now going through all the ballots with potential problems. Many eyes need to review those. Plus what Egoboy said.

Why would I have that evidence? I'm not a campaign with all the money and staff and legal and election experts at my beck and call. We HAVE seen the irregularities that indicate something nefarious going on, that will take a investigation.
You say this while admitting there is no evidence. You have a bad case of wishful thinking. You have exactly as much evidence that the democrats are rigging the election, and democrats have that Russia rigged our election. It all sounds the same to me; "My guy lost, so... shenanigans."
I think all of you are forgetting the inevitable, and slow-moving cases (based on recounts, continuances, etc....) that will have to be decided by the COURTS. Don't be guilty of 'premature-ejaculation' -- it just spoils the fun... right?
Just watched a Fox news reporter explain that he sees no evidence whatsoever that republicans have not been allowed in the room. He says they have been there the entire time. Like I explained earlier, all the judge did was agree that the watchers were too far away, and required them to be within 6' of the operations. That applies to the watchers from BOTH parties. Dana Perino agreed that there was no evidence of fraud. No fraud; a procedural disagreement. When FOX News says there's no democratic fraud afoot, there's probably no fraud.

I guess you're just not paying very good attention. The SoS in Nevada is giving daily press briefings explaining what is going on. They are still receiving ballots. Per Nevada election law, any properly postmarked ballot has 10 days after the election to arrive and be counted. Their scrutiny procedure for mail in ballots is pretty thorough, and takes a long time. Fascinating stuff for people who are truly interested in understanding.
Everyone has seen the picture that proves nothing. Michigan has been very transparent. No poll watcher was denied access. They were there the whole time. Do you truly believe that if there were a legit fraud case going on, that Fox News would just sit on it and pretend there was no fraud? The on air talent has been instructed to not use President-Elect when the time comes that it is appropriate to do so. Why on earth would they say things like, "We aren't sure what the president is talking about. If he has tons of proof of fraud, I wish he'd share it with us. We haven't seen any evidence."
Sweet! Wicked piece of luck there. I can't even imagine holding the experience of having seen the mighty Zep 9 freaking times. I do wish they had attributed the source of so many of their tunes much better. Gives their detractors a bit too much live ammo, so to speak. I saw Page and Plant at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion here in Houston. It was a weird vibe, almost felt at times like they didn't really want to be there coupled with another vibe that they were competing with one another. Looking back at their tour dates together that year I think they were most likely just tired as hell that night and it showed. Not even close to the O2 show. What a great send off that was for Ahmet Ertegun. Really a shame they didn't follow it up with at least one show at MSG, or better yet someplace like Dodger Stadium in LA, with like a bizillion watts of sound reinforcement.

THAT would be exceptionally difficult, but it is probably our only chance NOW of avoiding pure HELL in America.
