    Nope.

    Didn't vote for Trump.

Still think all the Johnny hard guy keyboard warriors here need to check their hostility.

IF Trump <COMMENT EDITED> had originally said, "Hey, these vote totals are close, let's do recounts and double check the results," you might have more of an argument.
But Trump <COMMENT EDITED> came right out of the boxing screaming "Fraud!" and wanted millions of legal votes tossed out even before they asked for
    recounts.

So I'm going to call bull crap on your post.

Tons of evidence the election was willfully not transparent casting doubt on its integrity.

Tons of internet rumors that have fallen flat on their face in court is what you meant to say ...

Pray tell, do you personally have any proof that those votes were illegal? Because Trump's own lawyers do not. When SPECIFICALLY asked by judges if they are claiming that there are illegal votes, they said EVERY TIME so far, "no, your honor." Every single time. Why? Because it is a felony to lie to a federal judge, and it carries a penalty of disbarment. So they don't tell in court the lies that Trump and Giuliani tell to the public at large. Have you noticed that the 3 Appellate Court judges who have just wrote the decision in Pennsylvania specifically saying that the campaign's lawyers are not claiming fraud or illegal votes, one was nominated by Trump, and the other two by Republican presidents? Funny, are they also part of the vast conspiracy to defraud the election in favor of a Democrat??? Is the Governor of Georgia, a close Trump ally and donor to his campaign, also part of the vast conspiracy, like that crazy woman lawyer said, while adding that Hugo Chavez is behind it, forgetting the small detail that Hugo Chavez died in 2013? I mean, this situation is beyond ridiculous. No fraud, no illegal votes, no nothing. Biden won, period. Trump and his followers are showing that they are incompetent even in being losers. Sore losers.

A vast conspiracy is a misnomer. It would only take a few people in the swing states in a few cities to switch the vote. Specifically in those democrat controlled areas that barred observers from observing anything.

So why aren’t Trump’s lawyers claiming fraud in court?

How do you know they aren’t? In PA there are 3 whistleblowers and one is a democrat.

Up to this very moment I have never favored packing the court. But maybe, if the two Georgia runoffs go to the Dems or if they capture the Senate and keep the House in 2022, they should indeed take radical action to correct what you are saying. Pack the SC with 4 liberal justices, establishing a 7-6 majority so that the Court doesn't interfere. Confirm Puerto Rico and Washington DC as states, sending 4 more Democratic senators to the Senate, getting a 54-50 majority at least (or more than that in 2022). Abolish the filibuster. Appoint and confirm as many Federal judges as possible everywhere in all Court levels, packing them if need be, to balance out Trump's 250 federal judge nominations. Then pass laws making Gerrymandering illegal, establishing a new Federal law protecting voters' rights, then force the redrawing of all districts in the whole country without Gerrymandering. This might break the grip the minority party currently has established, and may make it forever impossible or at least darn difficult for them to recover it. Once more than two thirds of State Legislatures go back to the Dems (given the non-Gerrymandered districts), pass a constitutional amendment abolishing the Electoral College and establishing what all major democracies have: the majority of popular voters pick the president, regardless of where they live among the 52 states.

Is that as a way of speaking a coup and a power grab? Absolutely. But maybe it is the reaction that is needed, given that the GOP is currently actively involved in trying a real coup, and they have already succeeded in what can be also called a coup, with the Obama SC nominee never getting a hearing, and Amy Barrett being rushed through. So, the Dems would be REACTING to these coup attempts.

Sure, then if the GOP goes back to being in power they could undo everything... but it would be difficult for them to go back to power, given demographics. There simply are more Dem voters than Republicans in this country, if the popular vote becomes the deciding factor, and this will become even larger once more voters come of age at 18, and more older conservative voters die out.

This would create an imbalance too, but at least, one that would be on the side of the majority of the population.

Again, this is the FIRST time that I seem to endorse this kind of radical action (packing the Court, abolishing the EC)... but certainly Trump and the GOP are creating the necessity for it.

Again, who is against an accurate count? Who said recounts shouldn't exist? Please kindly point to a post of mine where I said so. Recount at will, but then, accept the result of the recount.

Oh, and you're upset because we're being tough on you?

Ever heard the saying, "if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen"?

Like the Courts have established (including by federal judges appointed by Trump) observers were NOT prevented from observing. That is just another lie that Trump's campaign is telling.

Well, that's what Trump's lawyer are saying, even with outrageous conspiracy theories like the Hugo Chavez part (then the campaign thought that she was TOO crazy even for them, and kicked her out, but not before Trump tweeted praising her).

And no, it wouldn't take just a few people.

And again, pray tell, where is the proof of switched votes? Because a bunch of tools filed affidavits saying what they *think* is happening? If you aren't aware, affidavits are not proof.

Not to forget, it is utterly ridiculous to think that the Dems would engage in all this fraud and oops, forget to also include senatorial candidates in it. You know, winning the WH while losing the Senate is likely to just become another powerless presidential term with all initiatives blocked by the Senate. If the Dems were so interested in committing fraud, why wouldn't they also check those boxes for the Senate, in all those fraudulent votes you all think existed? It takes literally 3 seconds to also do it, and that down ballot race comes right after the presidential race. Biden outperformed the Dem senate candidate almost everywhere, showing that there is no widespread fraud. What actually happened is that a bunch of independents like me voted for Biden just to kick Trump out, but also voted for the Republican senator (which is exactly how I voted). If my vote and the vote of others like me were fake votes entered by a Dem operative, then in my state the Dem senatorial candidate wouldn't have lost by a small margin.

Fair enough, I don't know the content of all the suits, but all the reporting I've seen is that Trump's lawyers haven't alleged fraud in court. I'm happy to be corrected if you know otherwise. One thing we do know is that when challenged by a PA judge, Giuliani said "This isn't a fraud case". Why would he very publicly cry fraud outside of court, then not allege fraud inside?

Giuliani said it wasn’t a fraud case before they went to court.

OK, so where are the fraud cases? Is there anything beyond Sidney Powell's promotion of a vast conspiracy?

Trump’s team have initiated cases claiming fraud? The reporting is that they haven’t, but lazy journalism wouldn’t surprise me. Are they wrong?

    Plenty of opinions. No proof.

Look, I have just decided, here and now, that in my opinion the election in Texas, North Carolina, and Florida included widespread fraud in favor of Trump and actually Biden won those states by a lot. I'm blowing a whistle. I saw some USPS workers carrying some boxes in North Carolina, and my landscaper's cousin saw the same in Texas, while the ex-husband of my wife's hairdresser saw the same in Florida. We three whistleblowers are sure that those were illegal votes all for Trump. We are filing affidavits saying so.

So, fine, give the 79 electoral college votes from Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Nevada to Trump. But then, give the 82 electoral college votes from Texas, North Carolina, and Florida to Biden. Why? Because we said so. Proof? Who needs proof? We have affidavits. We wuz robbed.

If that sits well with you, let's do it. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. Biden will then end up with 309 electoral college votes rather than 306. I like it. Three more.

Are you cool with that? Do we have a deal?

Witnesses are cool. Yeah, we are witnesses too. Me, my landscaper's cousin, and my wife's hairdresser's ex-husband. How dare you invalidate our witnessing? Like I said, we witnesses, we whistleblowers, know for a fact that there was widespread fraud in Texas, North Carolina, and Florida favoring Trump. Our affidavits are enough to establish it therefore we want those 82 EC votes to go back to the rightful winner of those states, Joseph R. Biden Jr. We don't care if your witnesses prevail in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada. Fine. Given that just filing affidavits by those witnesses according to you is enough to give those 79 EC votes to Trump, cool, we'll endorse that. But then, you'll have to endorse our Texas, North Carolina, and Florida cases too. Same cases. We're telling you, there was widespread fraud in those 3 states, for Trump. We don't need to prove anything as long as we file affidavits. That's what you're saying, right? Right?
