Although Gulf countries like Dubai and Qatar have extremely diverse populations, the leadership has always come from an Arabian/Gulf genetic group.

In other words, just because America has many “minority groups” living in it doesn’t mean that its leadership has to reflect this, especially considering the USA was founded by the white-man.

Using the Middle East as an example is hardly a winning argument.
Of course it’s true that the cabinet doesn’t NEED to reflect the demographics of the country. There is no reason why the cabinet shouldn’t be 100% female. Or black. Etc.

But the point of this thread is to point out that there are demographically diverse people with the intelligence and experience to fill the cabinet. Some will not do as well as others. Some will be replaced, as happens in every administration. But I’ll bet the turnover will not be as big as under 45.

There are actually plenty of reasons why governments should me composed mostly (or solely) of males and specific races, all dependent on the exact nature of the job.

Hitler underestimated Jesse Owens. It's a good thing the US gave Jesse a chance to prove himself. Having spent 20 years in the military I worked with many minorities. The different cultures provided a variety of solutions that a homogeneous group might not have come up with. All men created equal means not to deny someone an opportunity to prove themselves.
