Trump wants SCOTUS to throw out the electoral certifications from WI, GA, PA and MI.

problem is, if they do that, than the number of required Electoral votes to win the election goes from 270 to 238, since the PA, MI, WI and GA Electors are no longer considered.

and Biden will still have 244.

    Ha ha.....Biden still wins!!!

    :)

Arizona added a filing this afternoon.

    upload_2020-12-9_18-25-49.png

Arizona is arguing essentially that time is of the essence and that the Supreme Court has non-discretionary responsibility to hear cases brought between states. They are saying they realize that the S.C. currently believes that it's role is discretionary.

Arizona will be arguing a Voting Rights case in the Supreme Court next year. They are suggesting that many of the items which need to be resolved in that case would be better decided this year.

If enough votes to change the outcome in any of those states were submitted and counted unconstitutionally and therefor are illegal ballots what is the remedy for the disfranchised citizens who cast legal votes?

The STATES elect the President. If one state thinks another state has sent illegal/unconstitutional electoral votes I would think they have standing. This is a very obvious constitutional matter that needs a remedy and to make sure it does not happen again.

Maybe so, but the question is, who has the right to complain about it? Trump? the Republican Party? Or the state of Texas?

"I spent 5 years researching how to get the perfect election fraud case, the kind that would never bunch up or turn flat under questioning, and my election fraud case is argued ONLY by All American lawyers. Here's my main one, Rudy Giuliani trying to take advantage of what he thinks is an underage and naive foreign girl in the best tradition of Republican lawyers everywhere"

    Safe Harbor Day has come.

that means this case, is the last case.

once this case is over, we need to come together as Americans.

Convicted? He hasn't even been indicted, not by the United States of America, anyway. If he is indicted, it will be well into 2022 before it goes to trial.

So if they don't do what you want it's a conspiracy and the government's crop but if they do exactly what you want then that's the way it should be?

Sounds like a conspiracy theory to me.

if they rule the way YOU want, Biden still wins.

not a conspiracy, just an ignorant and idiotic ruling
