Vaccinations: Half of US States prioritizing black and Hispanic residents over white

Should be no surprise to anyone that follows US politics that the supposedly poor oppressed minorities once again get preferential treatment - even though it's obvious that their own behavior has led to them being hit extra hard by the virus.

Can you imagine if anyone - especially President Trump - suggested that whites should be favored for inoculation even if the virus had no effect on non-whites?

 

The strange thing is that government is engaging in racism, something they branded as illegal. And, apparently, it is too dumb to realize it.

 

I'm just waiting now for some leftwing nutjob to claim we're using minorities as "guinea pigs" for "Trump's vaccine".

 

Nothing racist about it at all. Young blacks are more important than old whites. You just can’t make it up.

Just because blacks have higher rates of obesity and all the accompanying illnesses connected with it, explain how that’s due to RACE and not behavior? You can’t.

The biggest travesty is actually Senators and Congresspeople who basically work from home getting the Vaccine before elderly and front line workers. They are NOT the front line. They’re the semi-useless line. And any of them asking for shutdowns should NOT be getting paid.

 

The funny thing is that if the new vaccines continue to reveal little 'problems' in their side-effects -- the hyperliberal "news" media will go berserk, screaming that "Minorities were used as GUINEA PIGS!", or some other hysteria-producing revelation like that....

All in all, I'm not a bit unhappy that as 'one of the little people', I wouldn't be able to get the vaccine before well into next spring anyway... and, hell, it isn't even officially winter yet....

But, let's all of us 'white people' be gracious and offer 'our place in line' to the minorities. If there's any 'bugs' in the vaccines they haven't discovered or fixed yet, maybe they'll be addressed between now and next May.... Sometimes being 'in the back of the bus' isn't the worst place in the world to be!

If minorities are impacted by the china virus more than Whites it's probably because they aren't following the mandates democrats have put into place. How many rioters, looters and arsonists have you seen with masks and practiced social distancing? The government has told everyone how to best avoid catching the china plague, so how is it these people are the biggest victims of it? Is there any situation at all where the left won't place the victim label on blacks?

And the left has spent the last bunch of years crying about systemic racism and here they are once again engaged in racism. Without White people many blacks and browns wouldn't have jobs or be where they are today. And when the left wants to redistribute wealth what they really want to do is take that wealth from White people and dole it out to minorities, so why is the left putting the golden goose in jeopardy?

In my mind this is the reparations blacks have been asking for and after this they need to stop whining. And since the vaccines were financed with tax dollars, blacks are more than free to thank a tax payer for protecting them from the china syndrome. Maybe one day they'll pay us back.

 

Actually, identitfy politics have already destroyed this nation! We are broken, and I am not sure we can be repaired....

I'm an old guy who will tell you straight-up that we were a hell of lot closer to having improved and generally good relations between the races THIRTY YEARS AGO than we see in the country today.

WAY back in 1964 and 1965, when I was just a kid in school, we Americans all became EQUAL CITIZENS UNDER THE LAW, with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965 becoming the law of the land. Here we are, decades later, and minorities are still rioting, destroying, and looting for any reason imaginable, almost exactly like they did in the "bad old days".

And the only people who are happy about this are our ADVERSARIES! Think about it....

It makes them 'feel good' to think what they think, whether there's any sane reason to believe what they believe. The 'feel-good factor' is all that matters. Actually, it's nothing new....

Note: What I understood form the article is that a priority is that minorities are not left out, not that they get first in line. There is a difference between the two.

 

It'll be funny watching them trying to run the nation if all the white people die.

What seems to be the issue?
Everything I've read has listed the most vulnerable to be higher on the list, which makes sense.
Minority's seem to have been hit harder by the virus same as older people, so why wouldn't they be higher on the list?
I don't understand what the issue is.

 

I can just see it now -- it's about mid-May of next year and the ACLU and other hyperlib-advocacy groups are filing gigantic class-action lawsuits against the companies that produced vaccines and the U. S. Government, demanding billions of dollars for minorities that experienced vaccine-related 'side-effects' early during the vaccination of the 'general public'.

I don't often play the 'fortune-telling' game, but this one looks too easy to miss....

Some people claim it sounds more like they want to test this new unproven vaccine first. You know, just to make sure it doesn't have any unintended side-effects that would only be manifest in large population groups.

You can find a few Black people on YouTube who suspect brown people are just being used as the guinea pig.
