No, you misunderstood my perspective. This was before I'd heard that McConnell's home was, likewise, hit. My initial impression was not based on the assumption, which you apparently extend to vandals (if perhaps not to posters with whom you disagree), that everything they spray painted must be their sincere feelings. I did not automatically accept that it was anarchists. If it was, it seemed odd that they would focus specifically on House Speaker Pelosi, who moved the enhanced aid package to the Senate, rather than Senate Majority leader McConnell, who killed it. Does that seem a completely unreasonable take, in a developing story, to you?

I wrote the post you quoted before I learned that McConnell had also been targeted. It's still not clear that it wasn't done by ultra-Rightists; I can provide a number of quotes from posters on the Right, here at PF, castigating McConnell (one actually said, "hang McConnell"). But that Anarchists are behind the acts is a distinct possibility.

As far as anarchists go, they are no one's people, except for maybe other anarchists. They are NOT, "on the Left," of the Political Spectrum, because they do not believe in political SYSTEMS at all! They're not liberals, who care about people's rights; anarchists are against law, writ large. They are just idiots, and a pox.
