Does anyone have this PROOF? I sure see you guys making a lot of threads blaming this on Trump. I guess you only need PROOF when it comes to voter fraud but for everything else all bets are off? Please show me this proof.

    @Golem
You must know a great deal about this subject since you took it upon yourself to make a thread titled "
Trump rallies protesters to take over the Capitol building" but I didn't see any proof of this in your post. If you wanna make a claim like that, you should have something to back it up. So again, please show me the exact QUOTE AND SOURCE where Trump said "STORM THE CAPITAL"
    I'll be waiting................................................................................................

Trump did not specifically tell the crowd to break into, and vandalize, the Capital. He just got them inflamed: "All of us here today do not want to see our election victory stolen... Our country has had enough. We will not take it anymore, and that is what this is all about. And to use a favorite term that all of you people really came up with, we will stop the steal. We will not let them silence your voices. We're not going to let it happen. Not going to let it happen....You have to show strength and you have to be strong...We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing "

His henchman, Rudy, added: "If we are wrong we will be made fools of, but if we're right a lot of them will go to jail. So let's have trial by combat."

How were the attendees supposed to "stop the steal", "not...let it happen", and avoid having their voices silenced? How was their strength SUPPOSED to be employed? The crowd shouted, "Fight for Trump. Fight for Trump. Fight for Trump. Fight for Trump. Fight for Trump. Fight for Trump", and he thanked them. He didn't try to restrain them. They had come to Washington because they were worked up, and Trump got them even more worked up.

P.S. Later in the day, after the Capital had been breached, Trump described the events this way: "These are the things and events that happen when a sacred landslide election victory is so unceremoniously & viciously stripped away from great patriots who have been badly & unfairly treated for so long. Go home with love & in peace. Remember this day forever!"

I will certainly remember this day forever, and especially the role Trump played in setting the wheels in motion.

You forgot the "demand that Congress do the right thing" That's outright incitement. You'd have no trouble convincing a jury empaneled of that.

Taking it out of context, as you did, makes it sound trivial. Trump created the context with his false assertions about being cheated from an election that he "won by a landslide". Furthermore, he had access to Intelligence reports that were circulated among federal law enforcement agencies that such actions were being discussed. For example, a Dec. 29 report by the online extremism watchdog group SITE quoted a right-wing activist saying, "I really don't care if people break into Congress and drag these politicians out in the streets." If Trump was unaware, then he was derelict in his duty.

I didn't take anything out of context, I said those words are by definition incitement. Whether contextual or not.

it’s like we saying pelosi, schumer, diblasio, aoc , maxine waters and many other leftists said ‘go out and kill cops and burn businesses’ when they supported blm and anti-police protests and encouraged them.

someone here claiming trump got his supporters riled up? Lol, democrats have done that daily, for 4 years

I have proof that Kamala Harris Called Riots ‘a Movement’ Last Summer, Said ‘They Should Not’ Stop.

The GOP has consistently held that violence is never the answer to resolving conflict, and no one is missing the hypocrisy of the left when they act surprised or condemn what happened at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday.

Kamala Harris gleefully predicted that the rioting wouldn’t end, telling Stephen Colbert, host of “The Late Show,” that they shouldn’t end.

“They’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop,” she told him. “This is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not gonna stop. And everyone beware because they’re not gonna stop. They’re not gonna stop before Election Day and they’re not going to stop after Election Day. And everyone should take note of that. They’re not gonna let up and they should not.”

She screamed "FWEEDOM!" from her stroller

If he had used the actual words "storm the capitol" - they would just say he was joking

The con is just too many levels deep, you can't get through to them

How will they 'demand' it? With phone calls to Congresspersons? Then there wouldn't have been a rally. Intent can easily be found.

Did he advocate imminent lawless action? No. Then his speech is protected under the constitution.

One thing is for sure; they had help from the inside.

Pelosi's office is, reportedly, difficult to find in the labyrinth halls that are Congress. That dude knew exactly how to get there, and got there quickly.

The cops just stood around. They weren't afraid of being seen, or getting in and out quickly. They acted as if they had plenty of time on their hands.

    Something is super duper fishy.

Trump's deleted tweet below clearly shows that he approves of his seditious army's actions while he calls those violent pieces of dogsh*t "Patriots."

Ah, so you have changed you tune on election fraud ? You now admit that there was no fraud since there was no proof.

    Progress.

When you are reduced to arguing a counterfactual you admit that the facts don't support your claim. Sad!

Those that broke the law yesterday were responsible for their actions and they will be held to account to the fullest extent of the law, the GOP will insist on it. Condoning escalating leftist resistance and violence for four years and then telling conservatives to shut up was a recipe for disaster just as we warned you the entire time.

LOL good catch! The OP who believes election fraud took place without a single shred of proof to back that up is asking for folks to show proof that Trump riled up his mindless seditious army in DC yesterday.

    LMAO, that's adorable.

This was the master plan, to dogwhistle "hang them" by removing and rearranging letters from the above. Trump supporters were given the cipher weeks ago. CNN reported on it and it was fact-checked by Politifact as "mostly true."

If he did he would almost certainly spell it incorrectly like you did.
In fact he probably would have Tweeted ''Storm the Covfefe''.

Too far of a stretch for a reasonable person to translate that as support for criminal behavior.
