Home grown/homemade corn salsa, home grown/made verde enchilada sauce, and home produced/made ricotta cheese on a not homemade tortilla (too lazy to make tortillas)! Yum.
Your ratio of good stuff to tortilla would get you tarred and feathered in my house But then again, I had tater tots for dinner. Just tater tots.
Nothing wrong with a meal of tater tots! If we had some beans cooked there would have been beans to improve the ratio. We buy flour tortillas cheap at Sam’s Club and keep them in a spare refrigerator. They will last for months at the correct temperature. Reminds me of when I was at college my friends and I “came into” several cases of flour tortillas one fall. We put them in the shade on the deck of our apartment and ate tortillas every meal all winter. That’s probably why I put strange things on tortillas today. Hotdogs wrapped in a tortilla with all the fixings are better than in a bun....LOL.
'Supper'... do you eat that instead of dinner, or is it a fourth meal? Or do you eat it instead of lunch? I ask because the term 'supper' can mean many things ime. Looks good tho!
I am more partial to naan as my generic flatbread of choice because it has a little fluff to it. It isn't quite the bargain tortillas are though.
