No, all your answers have been silly...delightful to watch because it means you are frustrated and have no point
CITE THOSE RIGHTS! This is the SECOND time you claimed there were rights. CITE them. THE LAW is based on a combination of our constitution, state constitutions and laws drafted by our legislatures. The specifics of the morals of our population are quite widely varied.
LOL, and THAT sentence isn't silly ???? So you have no facts or rebuttals so you say silly things??? Great excuse LOL
Silliness is its own rebuttal, obviously. If someone says something profoundly STUPID it doesn't mean that anyone has to point out just how stupid it is.
No, I think you have a problem where women, any woman , is concerned... Besides no woman needlessly kills her fetus....what a silly thing to say..
Nothing I have stated here is more absurd than the claim that the Constitution has something to do with abortion.
It's not up to YOU to judge the act of someone else. You don't have the info that would allow you to do that. You need to recognize that YOU are NOT a judge here on Earth. According to the Bible, you are a servant.

Its a messy, incredibly difficult issue. In short I have no better solution than the compromise solution provided in the framework of Roe as reenvisioned by Planned Parenthood v Casey. I support current law, but as policy matter for states to implement, I am pretty protective of ensuring access to services as a practical matter. If the proposed state' regulation' does not dramatically increase safety and consumer information, just as it would any other outpatient medical procedure, I am not interested. 'Overabundance of Caution' is not an excuse to drive abortion clinics into insolvency to appease the 'God Squad'.
When did I say anything about "state law?" I asked you if you know what someone is charged with if their attack leads to the death of a fetus.
