Scaring people doesn’t make you a terrorist. By your definition every mugger can be labeled terrorist. Terrorism is a very specific thing, not just frightening people.

Many or most of them were members of RW organizations that are dedicated to overthrowing the government by force and installing a new government of their own liking (white supremacy totalitarianism). That makes them terrorists to a very large number of Americans.

While this media distraction takes places dozens of Federal cases against ANTIFA rioters in Portland are being dismissed with little fanfare.

 

No we still don't know why he brought it and how he expected it would be needed, and while intent makes no difference as an element that specific charge, his intent will in any plea deal or sentencing hearing and it sure will make a difference in filing more serious charges. Its the difference between using it to escape if a cop grabs him to stop his entry or arrest him , or using it to subdue Mike Pence for kidnapping.

I think its a good chance that supplying that cell phone is a deal-braker for the Feds to stop fighting release.

They should have realize there's a difference between stealing a tv from a business vs threatening to kill elected officials at their place of business. While they were preforming an official constitutional duty.

Threaten a police officer gets you a stiffer sentence than threatening your neighbor.

Yes it could tell you that he's just not very bright about how the feds build their cases and the absence of that stunner will stop a successful prosecution on those weapon's charges or the confiscation of those other guns when they get found. He was not bright enough to get rid of the box that stunner was purchased in and he forgot the camera footage in the Capital. Not many bears there. He's sunk on that one.

I don't expect much candor on motive, I expect the prosecutors to figure it out, or lean it out eventually, but the Judge is in no credible position to hold him long without any bail absent more charges.

 

And federal courts and buildings threatening the occupants and trapping police in their headquarters and then setting the headquarters on fire and storming the White House injuring over 60 law enforcement trying to gain entry while the President and his family have to be evacuated to their secured quarters or storming the Capital and trapping members during the confirmation of a new Justice and attacking the SCOTUS trying to force entry during those hearings?

I bet that is less than 10%. So most are let off and not held. zero bail.
