The general rule of thumb is for a former President to not comment on the actions of his successor but Donald Trump isn't known for sticking by traditions and etiquette. He is not pleased with Biden's first press conference and had to somebody know.

First, the president who broke that tradition was obama.

Third, Trump, like the rest of us, can react however he wants.

I do agree that the questions were red to him, I thought it was obvious. When you have notes that apparently tell you who to call on or not call on, it's pretty clear that this wasn't really a press conference as he didn't 'take questions' in the traditional sense.

 

I think Obama broke that precedent.

That being said, it was both sad and disturbing to be reminded Biden's mind is shot...
