Really? Want to go up against me and CenterField with that claim?

I would be entertained to see what your criteria is for “credible research lols!

It's a fairly long article, with 4 references. Your picture proves nothing.

I've voiced my views on vaccines quite a bit in this forum, it's hardly news.

    Not the link you provided.

Now listen to yourself - you are asserting that tens of thousands of medical personnel worldwide are wrong but you and some anonymous author of an opinion piece on the internet are right

And BTW four is a pretty lousy low number of references

Not on vaccines on critical analysis of research - unless you can do THAT you cannot tell good research from bad

The link I provided was just a summary from the actual article. It includes a link to the article with references.

Wouldn't be the first time a lot of people are mistaken about something. To quote Gerald Massey, "“They must find it difficult, those who have taken authority as truth, rather than truth as authority.”

Actually you haven’t because it is obvious you do not have that skill - yet

in fact you are still conflating opinion pieces with academic research

    Yep! I repeat what “references”?
is that what you are referring to - if so you just earned an “f” for academic writing

Did you not scroll to the bottom of the article, where references are usually located? Here they are:
    **
    References:

1 James W. Immunization The Reality Behind the Myth. p. 36.
2 About Jonas Salk. The Salk Institute for Biological Studies N.d.
3 The College of Physicians of Philadelphia. U.S. Polio Cases 1952-1962. The History of Vaccines.
4 Cáceres M. The Salk ‘Miracle’ Myth. The Vaccine Reaction June 2, 2015.

I kept looking but the hyperlinks ere not working - and if they are “references” then you just got another “F”

They work fine for me. Anyone else having problems with them?

Why, because you don't like what they have to say :p?

Nope because of the poor quality

    reference 1
James W. Immunization The Reality Behind the Myth. p. 36.

Note no date - odd since it is standard to put the date of publication the book in the reference = then a quick google search shows this is from 1995 and was hardly on the best seller list even then. It is so old it is not even worth researching further now it would be a damning indictment on that alone were it not for the fact that the third “reference” is even older! It is older than me!
The second “reference is to a web page history and it seems to have been thrown in to pad things out a bit.
And the fourth is to his own book!

yep! That equals an F alright

BTW did you actually think those crappy citations were actual references to actual research?

Now let us examine the main premise - that Salk somehow made the polio epidemic disappear by redefining it - with the help of the government - in America only not the rest of the world

Hmm see any holes in your own theory there?

Not everyone has to participate in the herd immunity for it to work. Unfortunately, theres a lot of people who want others to shoulder the risk so they don't have to themselves...

Erm... I've never heard an anti-vaxxer trying to convince other people to get vaccinated... what are you on about? Is it even possible to be 'anti-vax' without vocalizing to others ones skepticism of the safety and/or effectiveness of vaccines?

Anti-vaxxers are happy to live in a herd immunity bubble formed by those around them with immunity. I often wonder how many anti vaxxer s are simply scared of needles...........

Whats the alternative? Shun the vaccinated?

Seems to me they mostly just dont trust corporations... or the govt thats largely controlled by corporations.

I'm sorry the author didn't follow the protocols you are used to. It doesn't subtract from the evidence.

True, but it's much more than that. There is a large body of evidence showing that vaccines are ineffective and dangerous. It's just that certain corporations and the media they control are trying very hard to suppress this information. I wrote a thread on some of their latest efforts to ban books that contain messages that they find displeasing...

For the last 12 months you've been conflating junk science and deception with real science.

By just about every post of yours I've read, you cannot tell the difference between a scientist and a career bureaucrat charlatan. And you're not alone there.
