According to the Us Bureau of Labor statistics there are 328,100 electrical/electronic engineers in the United States. There are over 500,000 deaths related to Covid 19. More people have died of COVID 19 than the number of a whole profession.
The NFL has 32 teams, roster allowance is 55 players, plus 14 on the practice squad. That is 2,208 players. More people have died of Covid than the number of a whole profession.
Of course, on another note: According to NASBA, the United States currently has about 654,375 actively licensed CPAs. Less people have died of Covid than a whole profession.
And of course, that is 0.0015% of our population. The risk of dying from Covid is one in less than one in 750. Now the number of people pushed into poverty, the number of children who have suffered setback in their education emotional progress, the number of business that have or will fail as a result of the way the pandemic has been managed.... all and the future effects of that mismanagement, will be much harder to measure. Not because they are small or insignificant, but because they are huge and overwhelming. So far, few in government are worrying about that. Little power to be gained by doing the right thing for the long run, when you can grab power today. Then, in the gross state of confusion they elect a collection of clowns and misfits to make it worse.
You operate on the presumption that the data regarding deaths and infections is valid. That is a poor presumption, and your 'logic' that follows thus fails.
I think he's saying that if Covid only infected chicken pluckers, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches would come with feathers.
Electrical engineers are an essential profession. Without electrical/electronic engineers we would have no electrical lighting and we would not be able to communicate over the internet, as we do. The profession began with Edison, who insisted his engineers be specifically trained. The technology industry, electronic based technology, began as an outgrowth of the rising military industrial complex during World War II. Even guitar amplifiers, the technology that made them possible, came from military funded research. The internet began as a military project. As a way to communicate across the country, even during an all out war. It was built on top of the network that electrical engineers at AT&T had already created, able to circumvent most any blockage on their network. Just look around your home, your car, everywhere you go in life, you are surrounded by the handiwork of electrical engineers. Without electrical engineers, and their physicist colleagues, there would be no modernity, as modernity is dependent upon electricity, as was painfully obvious when the Texas electrical system crashed under the weight of a cold they had not prepared for.
And the same is true of perhaps a thousand other professions. We need skilled, competent engineers. The only profession where we hire fools is politics.
The main factor in Covid death is an underlying medical condition. The main cause of these conditions is the Standard American Diet, which is subsidized by the government. Government subsidized obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and strokes kill more people than all other causes of death combined.
I can present tons of it, but you would reject it all. Dissidents and whistleblowers as to the low quality and manipulated data have come forth since this began a year ago, but TPTB have censored and maligned them from the start. Living in your Fauci Cocoon you never even saw them.
A fine example of the old saying "There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics." as I have ever seen. Thank you for that EXCELLENT example. It truly embodies exactly what that saying aims to show.
notice how I pointed out you can not provide any evidence for any of the batshit crazy stuff you claimed, and you were completely unable to present any in your reply to me? I noticed that too.
Well I guess it's a good thing they didn't all die to COVID infection, is that what you're going for here This thread is very confusing, very confusing indeed!!!
Not for modernity. Even modern medicine is dependent upon electronic equipment. A good portion of the technology industry is in the medical equipment arena, and pharmaceuticals.
