Is this really something you feel the need to question? Go ask your mother or something if you find it so hard to believe. Is this an absolute? I don't know. I am sure that if you look hard enough, you may find some chick somewhere who gave birth and had no changes on her body whatsoever. They carry it for 9 months, it grows inside of them and puts heavy mental and physical pressure on them. They push it out their friggen vajayjays, of course it changes their body. It is only with modern medicine it no longer means you may die and even with modern medicine it is still a risk. Even with modern medicine, it changes their body. Why do you think all of these jokes about overly-emotional pregnant women and post-birth fatness exist?
I am not a bloody doctor. I do not know if there are some changes that de facto apply to 100% of mothers. However, I do know that 100% of mothers do experiences changes. FoxHastings has already provided you the sources.
So, all of the ISIS-attacks had nothing to do with Islam? Come on now. "Ooh, without trucks and mental illness, it would not have happened." Give me a break. There is a reason the Atlanta shooter chose the place he chose. Is he mentally ill? Probably, but Christianity played a major role. And no, I am not saying all Christians are soon-to-be-sex-worker-murderers. Of course not.
I have....you just choose, for some really weird reason , to believe pregnancy doesn't harm women....all the while denying science and common sense and while not showing any proof whatsoever that women suffer no effects from pregnancy... Now, (warning , here comes "common sense" so don't be frightened!) even if there was no one " permanent side effects which apply to ALL women" so what? Pregnancy still causes physical effects ( including death) on ALL women's bodies...case closed.
Uh, who is this "nature" that has a rule that sex is primarily for procreation? There are many people who find sex is primarily for the fun of it...and some never procreate.... You did know that sex is fun, didn't you??
It's not fun for a woman to get pregnant against her will. Sex for MEN on the other hand is ALWAYS fun!

UNANSWERED There are many people who find sex is primarily for the fun of it...and some never procreate.... You did know that sex is fun, didn't you?? NO one said it was. And , duh, getting pregnant is not "having sex". It's not fun for anyone to do something against their will. Women think sex is fun, they have sex for fun....I bet that surprises you. So raping a woman is "fun"? And it's good to see you realize sex as fun and NOT just PRIMARILY for procreation.....as you claimed.
As humna beings, we have to use our reason and take control of our life. We are not just biological automatons. Or as Francis Bacon put it Nature, to be commanded, must be obeyed. The primary reason people have sex is not reproduction, but rather personal pleasure. I know this probably sticks in your poor, convservative ears to hear. But, that is the truth.

That wasn't what we were discussing, we were discussing having sex....but I can understand why YOU wanted to change the subject....another duck and weave
You didn't respond to post 3026. If you did, you would have already said what the post number of your reply is!
You're asking "WHO" it is? Why do you think that nature is a PERSON? Well sure, fun is THEIR primary reason for having sex. I'm talking about what sex is NATURALLY primarily intended for. Correct. Well I didn't say that getting pregnant IS having sex. I'm saying that it is a natural consequence of having sex for women assuming that they have the ability to get pregnant. Well if it's against their will, they are not DOING the thing which is against their will. Saying that sex is PRIMARILY for procreation, doesn't mean that "sex as fun" doesn't exist. Of course it exists, but that doesn't mean that it's not PRIMARILY for procreation.
