Name a method used by HR departments to favor white men?

Name ANY system in place used by Universities that makes it easier for a white male to be accepted?

I was reading another forum last night. Someone posted about a female minister dying after getting the vaccine. I lost count how many posters said that's what she deserved for not only being stupid but it was her karma for thinking she could rule (minister) over men.

As you stated, the reality is white males have always had preferential treatment so they don't live in the same world as people of color, women, homosexual/bisexual and/or disabled people. It's easy to take it for granted if you've always had it.

Sad and true statistics -- Minority people receive harsher sentences then whites for the same crime.

But there is another aspect to this -- men get much harsher penalties for the same crime then women. Men get 63% longer sentences for the same crime.

Perhaps Affirmative Action is indeed needed to help women and Minorities in areas where they are underrepresented. Nevertheless, all men and all decent women must understand that in many ways men suffer gender-based discrimination in Modern Society.
