Bush Sr. brought the equipment and people home from Iraq after repelling Hussein from Kuwait. Obama left equipment for ISIS and Biden is leaving equipment for the Taliban. They will use it.

Stormin Norman did not retool an enemy army like Bush II/Obama/Trump did

 

Bush II did not leave weapons for ISIS. Obama did. Trump did not arm the Taliban, Biden is.

 

Bush II just gave them to the Iraqi army. But hey, he is Repub thus he is a god and you cannot say bad things about him.
