Well we sort of care if they think we're weak enough to **** with or will cave. You realize relations between nations are prison rules, right? If you look weak, I'm going to try to take things from you. If you appear strong I'm not going to risk it. Kowtowing to people with a mental disorder and celebrating them as the first woman to hold a position of power and authority when they're just a man with a mental disorder who takes hormone pills and had their dick turned inside out with elective surgery makes us appear frivolous, profligate, and weak. That's not a good look on the international stage.
Why? Because when we have to show them we're not weak but actually strong, we'll do so with military force with another nuclear power. Which is a poor ****ing decision.

Folks, if someone told you they were abducted by aliens (martians not Mexicans) or told you they were the son of god, would you believe them? I've already answered that question about 4 or 5 times: YES they are unsuited to this high political office because of the presence of a severe mental disorder which causes them to engage in a truly horrifying amount of intentional mutilation of their appendages such that the basic functions are destroyed, then expect the whole of the world to play along with their delusion.

Just because the person is a trans person, doesn't mean the don't have their house in order. You might believe that, but at the end of the day, it's only your opinion.

I am not aware of any medical or clinical statement/rules/ guidance, that says being trans is a threat to themselves or society.

It is literally in the DSM that they have a disorder of the mind so severe exploratory surgery is what they throw at the wall.
They claim to be female but are not. They wish others to participate in this delusion. They give medical advice and set policy that minor children should be given hormone blockers to prevent the natural development of their bodies. These blockers lead to fairly awful medical consequences later in life. Etc.
That's very convincing evidence they don't have their house in order. Certainly not enough to set medical policy for a nation.
