- Nearly 1,000 National Guard troops
- More than 200 federal agents.
- The Michigan National Guard,
- Arizona National Guard
- Alabama National Guard

Well, from what I'm hearing this AM, this incident was reportedly not purposeful to attack the parade... he was trying to get away from another incident and the parade happened to be in his way.

Still terrible, but the motivations don't seem to be political.....

They weren't there to stop the rioters. If they were, the riots would stop.

They were ordered not to impede the protestors and only in a capacity to back up police, who were ordered not to confront protestors.
