Joe just ran away... like a scalded dog. Snuck out in the dead of night. Then left Americans and allies to the mercy of the murderous Taliban. His demonstrated cowardice will likely lead to China invading Taiwan, Russia invading Ukraine, and a plethora of other attacks by enemies we know we are led by a coward that will d nothing to stop them.
I'd like to think the best prosecutor in the country wouldn't have been able to get a murder conviction. Are you just upset that the state couldn't coax a guilty verdict from the jury when the defendant was clearly innocent?
That's not founded on the argument that Rittenhouse's team went full out to get him acquitted. And since you mentioned jury,... the prosecutors did a very bad job on that as well by only using 1 day where others take 2 to even 3 weeks vs the expert that the heavy weight from defense team. You are just upset I can found my opinion on what went on, and you're not.
So this horse you seem still willing to beat is enough. You don't like the verdict. We get it. You have still not offered why the jury doesn't agree with you. You have no standing from which to challenge the verdict, and no one here is going to adjudicate it on your behalf. I seriously don't understand what your point is. You do, however, seem entirely willing to continue to preach against the rule of law, the fundamental constitutional rights of folks, etc. Why is that again? If you are attacked are you suggesting that you just have to take the beating as the prosecution asserts? Really? Are you supposed allow yourself to be attacked even if you run away? What justification do you produce to support this narrative other than you're dissatisfied and you were itching for a lynching?
What kind of loony logic is that? The defense does their due diligence therefore the prosecution must have a good case? Seriously, you can do better. I'm not upset, but if you are basing your opinion (that Rittenhouse is guilty of murder) based on the above then, well, I feel sorry for you. Let's leave it at that.
Trump would never run away. Biden ran away in Afghanistan... ran away in the Alaskan Conference when China directly insulted us... is chickening out with Taiwan ... it will be interesting to see how he squirms out in the Ukraine.
You're not countering my argument that the prosecution did a bad job and that the defense team of Rittenhouse went full out and so probably was thinking there is a chance of losing. All you do is making personal comments about me. Shoot the messenger much?
Prosecution did not have a case from the get go. It was obvious from the beginning, Kyle should not have been charged. Period. Anyone who watched the video along with all of the evidence could see that. You can keep trying to get blood from a turnip. Have fun!
In this country, the state has the burden. Period. The question is, did dude prosecute the case. Answer is yes. You don't like the outcome. Answer is yes. The defense team was questionable at best, and even they couldn't assist the DA in getting a conviction. Again, we get that you don't agree with the verdict. And when asked why, will you answer the questions about self defense then? Do you really think that folks, as the DA suggested have a duty to take the beating? To suffer the anger of the mob? Really?
To fly in the person who picked the OJ Simpson jury is far more then just being "diligence". You're just not honest about it.
I'm sorry. I'm not trying to put a "ring" on it, so I am unclear what "ringleling you out" even means.... If you meant to write singling you out, that is how the word is spelled. As for the off topic conversation, I simply suggest you make your own thread and discuss to your hearts content. Ta Da....
This person is an extremist. They use emotional far left ideology over facts and reality. My guess is this person lives off the government teet in some Euro country.
So your position is that the Doha Agreement was signed with the specific objective of sneaking away from one airfield in the dead of night without even notifying the Afghan Government and then having Marines killed by Taliban as they defended a hopeless situation at Kandahar while hundreds of American citizens and allies were left in the murderous hands of the Taliban and we armed the Taliban with millions of dollars of weaponry and transport? You are saying that was always the plan? Really?
I have to agree. Not once have I read a studied argument, only emotional outbursts and complete falsehoods. I guess some people only feel like they fit in when they're the complete opposite of reason in any discussion. Like the kid at the lunch table who's spouting conspiracy theories and gets upset when others don't accept obvious fallacies.
Dear Boys & Girls The OJ jury selection was easy - peasy once the pool was transferred from West L.A. to central L.A. Get it or not. Moi
What different evidence would they have had? When I was sat in capital murder trial it took one day to seat us. You were talking the prosecutors now you move the goal post. Tell me what these better prosecutors would have presented differently and be specific.
Sheep from goats. That's the problem I was commenting on. You arm yourself (as is your right) to defend yourself from possible 'threats'. So does everyone else who carries. But until events unfold there's no way of determining who the 'threat' actually is. Ergo (depending on your state of paranoia) anyone you don't know is logically (and however remotely) a potential threat. That the unsolvable dilemma. And it exists regardless of whether everyone is armed or no-one is. Take away every firearm in the country, the dilemma exists. Make it mandatory for everyone to carry a firearm? Ditto.
