New York Attorney General Letitia James dropped a bombshell disclosure Tuesday night, claiming her office had found “significant evidence” of fraud committed by the Trump Organization.

The revelation came as part of a motion filed earlier Tuesday by James in an attempt to obtain testimony from Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. in James’ ongoing investigation into the Trump Organization’s finances.

“We have uncovered significant evidence indicating that the Trump Organization used fraudulent and misleading asset valuations on multiple properties to obtain economic benefits, including loans, insurance coverage, and tax deductions for years.”

“Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Jr., and Ivanka Trump have all been closely involved in the transactions in question, so we won’t tolerate their attempts to evade testifying in this investigation.”

I don't believe there's much new news here. Everybody and their brother knows the T**** Org, much like the T**** Charity, is a criminal enterprise. The only question remaining is whether the company or its namesake suffer any consequences.

Some of the specific allegations are listed here (scroll to bottom)...

Does anybody seriously believe private citizens Donald T****, and his 2 remaining undeposed children, should be able to avoid subpoena's on non-political matters??

Also, when does a civil investigation turn criminal?

No surprise there, it's a Trump business so it's harder to imagine it isn't committing financial crimes than to imagine it is.

But she better have the evidence. And I mean it. This better not be another collusion farce.

    From the article:

“In a statement late Tuesday, James office said that it hasn't decided whether to pursue legal action, but said the evidence gathered so far shows the investigation should proceed unimpeded.”

She has nothing which is why she’s having a bitch fit over the fact they’re refusing to give her testimony. If she did have something, do you think there would be a question about whether or not she would proceed with criminal charges lol

She’s doing the exact same thing the cops do. Tell you they have PROOF you committed the crime in hopes that you will admit it. Knowing full well if they ACTUALLY had the proof they wouldn’t need your admittance of guilt.

Another big ole fat nothing burger lols

Latisha must like fishing. She certainly seems to have spent a lot of time doing it. And with all fisher people... she seems not to be too shy about telling her whoppers....

So I'm putting you down as saying some private citizens can avoid subpoenas.... Talk about your separate class of citizens....

Why the hell not? The left let’s their violent protestors go with slaps on the wrist. Denying a subpoena from a clearly biased prosecutor shouldn’t even get a slap on the wrist in comparison.

By the way, if she has the evidence she claims... she doesn’t need them to give her anything does she?

Sure we do. They’re called leftie rioters. They have a completely different set of consequences for their actions. Do they not?

For instance one lefty put a cop in a chokehold and dislodged his gun in a street fight and got her charges dropped by a hyper liberal DA and then was elected to office by the democrats.

Such a silly argument.... they still have questions... they're legally entitled to ask them in the proper setting.

The T****'s can show and continue to take the 5th, as has happened in the past.

Nope, we're deflecting. What I meant by that is not that there wasn't a legitimate reason to investigate collusion, it was the kneejerk reactions of the media and many Trump opponents to assume he was guilty before there was any evidence to prove it. Just like now, collusion seemed like something a corrupt self-obsessed person like Trump would do, but seeming like something he would do is not evidence he did it.

In the situation in the OP, fraud is right up Trump's alley but that's not evidence of specific fraud.

So now, as then, they better have the evidence or it only makes Trump look better and better, and will make it that much harder in the future to bust him on something he's done.

So let me ask you this. Why do you think it’s acceptable to investigate trump with ABSOLUTELY ZERO EVIDENCE that he did anything wrong.... and yet you think it’s WHOLLY unacceptable to do a signature verification audit of the election results because we don’t have proof that any fraud was committed?

I know, it's tough to go against your catechism... but... at some point, you have to accept that the big lie you swallowed was still just a big lie.

It's typical do as I say, not as I do behavior. Challenging the obvious lie the left invent seems anathema to them, as if, we're just supposed to believe it, because.... I don't really have an explanation. It's not like they are right much, if at all anymore. They haven't been fact based since around the Clinton era....

I guess it all hinges on the use of the legal word guilty. The T**** campaign was clearly ........ (searching for different word) ...... culpable of working with various Russians during the campaign....

Mueller said he couldn't charge a conspiracy, based on a hyper-technical legal bar he used which obviously would never be reached...... So be it.... I'm done with that part of it...

But make no mistake....history will record Mueller's report and various Senate reports as the T**** campaign coordinating/colluding with Russians/Russia...

But there was a viable, credible, PUBLIC accusation that he did illegal things.... are you forgetting that??

There are viable credible public accusations the Dems defrauded the vote. So then we should investigate.

Ah, so, just curious, but since the Biden folks all had pre inaugural meetings with the Russians, you'll now be on the hunt for his collusion as well.. right?
