Depends upon if you are of a Judeo/Christian religious faith I guess, the founding father's left that up to your interpretation. Whoever you believe is YOUR Creator it does not say THE Creator. Me it is a function of our nature and heritage, I got it from my forbearers throughout the history of mankind.

The Constitution is based on our founding document and it's founding principles and is to protect our rights as declared.

CITIZEN.............................not HUMAN BEING. Your right to life is NOT dependent on of which country if any your are a citizen not even the United States.

Again if you run into to someone on the street who is not a citizen here can you just indiscriminately kill them and they claim they had no right to life so you cannot be charged with a crime?

It's pro-abortion and your having to assign some belief to me and then argue that only shows you can't defend your own on it's merits. Go argue with yourself.

Its still pro-choice and you stated that you do not want taxpayer money used to reduce abortions.

I encouraged personal responsibility for my 30+ years of teaching, including the years early in my career when I taught sex ed.
    You're just playing dumb.

There is no basis other than "interpretation" y'all hate so much for assuming the fetus is a person. You have no respect for a woman's right to be a full citizen.

Our Constitution IS our founding document, not just BASED on our founding document. And it recognizes that our rights go beyond what it specifically declares -- as you guys keep missing.

Where in the Constitution is the fetus mentioned as a person? Remember, you're the types who don't like interpreting the Constitution.

Nope we even had a different governing document before the Constitution. The Declaration of Independence established the United States apart from Britian and the principles on which is was established.

Pro-Abortion geez you can't even admit what this is about........not choosing which coffee to get, not choosing which TV show to watch, not choosing what cloths to wear ABORTION. But you demonstrate the fallacy of the pro-abortion side. They can't even discuss the issue without trying to hide what is it. The killing of an innocent human lire.

So what? What does that have to do with you being a human being? People who are not citizens are not human beings and have no right to life? What folly.

The Declaration provided no governance. It was important, but it didn't establish a new nation. It established independence from one nation, but not the foundation of a new one. I'm quite frankly surprised this is no longer covered in basic education. Also, our Founders made it absolutely clear that they DID depend on previous British principles for our common law.

But assuming your interpretation of the Declaration is true, are you honestly going to sit here and tell us that ALL abortion should be illegal in EVERY circumstance? Even including rape victims? If so, I appreciate your consistency. If not, then you have no consistency.

It is covered. He just wasn't paying attention. My U.S. history students had to explain the difference in essay exams. No one received a pass in the course who couldn't explain.
How about the tragic situation where the doctor tells her the fetus can't survive outside her womb? Is the woman supposed to carry the fetus to term? Who would make her do that?

Their "philosophy" would require them to treat a fertilized egg and a 5-year old kid as morally equivalent, but none of them are able to actually remain consistent about that.

Nope its still pro-choice, the CHOICE as to whether or not the human is killed. But you obviously think that if a woman is given the choice she will ALWAYS choose to have an abortion, which is very sick thinking.
