Skin color doesn't matter. If you break the law, and you refuse to obey lawful police commands, you run the very real risk of being shot -- it's as simple as that. It's true of any of these 'perps' and 'suspects' -- 'Blind Justice' doesn't care what 'color' a person is.... . Equal justice UNDER THE LAW!
I've won the argument on Chauvin and you know it as much as everyone else. The suspect fought the cop and tried to grab his taser, he got what was coming to him, "misadventure" is too generous a term, death by his own stupidity is more apt. Because for the most part the rioters didn't attack the officers and didn't threaten their lives, they were trying to force entry and the police were trying to stop them rather than resisting arrest. There's a great clip of some pushing over barrier, knocking a female officer to the ground and the first thing they do when they get over is to pick her up and ask her if she's ok. Tell me, how do you feel about the shooting of Ashli Babbit? Or is she too white for you to care? My argument is that if Lyoya was white and the officer was black my opinion would be entirely the same, stupid/insane people who resist arrest cross racial boundaries.
Skin color shouldn't matter, but it does in the US where cops do not comply with the law. You go source that running away, unarmed, not posing any thread to anybody gives a cop a lawful right to kill you.
But they DO comply with the law, no one killed anyone for running away, they killed them in self defence when they resisted arrest.
It's been said 10,000 times, but I'll go ahead and make it 10,001 -- if you obey police commands, and don't do anything threatening or stoopid, you won't get shot! Always go with the police peacefully and obey all instructions, even if you find that doing so offends your 'dignity' -- and IF you think you've got a complaint about the way you were treated, or that your CIVIL RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED , you can always bitch to the ACLU -- especially if you're a member of some continually-aggrieved 'minority group'....
You didn't. I asked for you to prove your point by sourcing it. And you were unable and so conceded / lost the argument. Over a 140 cops were assaulted on January the 6th. Only 1 cop shot 1 bullet. While Lyoya was not assaulting, but fleeing.... and still got shot through the back of the head while his face was pushed in the mud. The difference between people assaulting cops and a person fleeing from a cop is utterly massive.
The superior of Chauvin disputes that Chauvin was complying, and so called it murder. While you have not proved it was self defense or that resisting arrest is something that gives a cop the right to go execute somebody. As far as anybody can judge, the cop killed a person who was unarmed, pressing the face of that person in the mud, and shot him through the back of the head.
I proved you wrong, come on, concede, just watch the video, you don't need to see any more than that to see that it's totally justified; Full video: Grand Rapids police release bodycam, dashcam footage of officer killing Patrick Lyoya - YouTube You can clearly see he deserved everything he got. The officers on Jan 6th were simply just trying keep the rioters out, the officer who killed Lyoya was trying to arrest him when he grabbed for his taser and rightfully killed him before Lyoya could tase him and the murder him with his own sidearm.
And if his superior said the opposite would you just accept that? The guy threw Chauvin under a bus to save himself and appease the rioters. I hope this officer gets a fair trail and is acquitted, marking the end of the BLM nonsense.
You posted no proof for Chauvin. You only inserted your opinion. So you are conceding to that by failing to prove otherwise. While the full clip doesn't show at any point that Lyoya was holding on the taser. It only shows him blocking the use of the taser that the cop was holding on to. So you are conceding to that as well by failing to prove otherwise.
He said that under oath and it was not disputed by any active member of any police force. You're free to prove he lied. But so far you have not and so you are conceding to that by failing to prove otherwise.
My opinion is valid and based wholly on the facts provided. Lyoya reached for the taser and the officer could not restrain him without lethal force. Just watch the clip, it is self evident. He didn't lie per se, he changed his opinion to suit the pervading (and misinformed) public mood. Hopefully the officer who killed Lyoya will not suffer the same fate.
Your opinion is as valid as your flat earth covid disputing fakebook poster. lol You proved nothing. By failing to prove what you claim, you are conceding it's murder. bla bla bla. You got no prove, so you're conceding.
The earth isn't flat, covid is real and everyone should take their injections and wear their masks, you know I'm right and by desperately trying to insult me you're conceding defeat. "You got no prove"? Oh dear, you're one of THOSE are you?
I've proven my points again and again, no one who watched the footage could think that the officer didn't act correctly and Lyoya got what he deserved.
nope. You got an opinion that you can't prove. There is no source that you link. No vid you put up with in such and so second you see this. You're just all talk and it's rather boring.
I'm stating the facts and you know it. Boring? Oh you mean you're looking for an excuse to give up and run away?
"facts" not based on a source, is just your opinion. And that's what you've been doing all this time and it's quiet boring.
ALL OF IT! This idiot broke the law, tried to resist arrest and forced the officer to kill him before he tasered him then shot him with his own weapon.
Watch the clip, Lyoya broke the law, Lyoya resisted arrest, Lyoya tried to get the officer's taser, Lyoya got himself killed,
Yet another post with no source, no link, no heads up at such and so seconds this happens. So it's yet another post that you don't prove a thing.
