You are seeming dense or intransigent. None of Trump lawsuits were filed without evidence. None but one AFAIK were thrown out; they were not heard -- not the same thing. One AFAIK was heard at the top level and Trump lost when the supreme court of PA ruled that they, the court, did not err as Trump had claimed.

 

The irony of this post is stunning. All but one of the 60+ of his lawsuit were tossed and the one he prevailed on was a procedural matter.
