So, is it your argument that the Democrats interest in maintaining Roe was/is to prevent all those black babies from being born?

 

As a layman who has long socialized with lawyers, I accept that Roe was poorly reasoned and decided.

As a layman who has studied the Constitution, I understand what the Ninth Amendment means and what the 14th Amendment means.

Obviously abortion is an unpleasant subject, but many things in life are unpleasant. Over the years I've known a fair number of women who sought and obtained abortions. It is a woman's choice in my view.

Overturning Roe has been a goal of many christians for many years. This morning I read on the internet that Trump has claimed responsibility for it being overturned.

If the Ninth means what it says, women have a right to aborting the fetus, however unpleasant the topic may be.

 

Just pointing out how easily you dismiss the 469,634 rapes that are committed in the United States.

 

Sure it does. The woman still has a variety of options available to her to prevent getting pregnant. No one has infringed on her right to simply say no.

 

No. It's about granting Women the freedom to their own bodies. But I get it. Rightists only support freedoms they agree with.
