You’re somehow not familiar with ‘trigger law’? Thirteen states are already positioned to ban abortions
I worked with liberals for years and didn't care for a lot of their ideas on the economy, but I think this statement is absurd.
That makes no sense in the context of what I posted. Since when did the US Constitution get to be acknowledged as the arbiter of what a fundamental right is? No schit Sherlock! Is that how a federation works, eh! Well, who would have thought that especially in the federation of down here. As I said, there is no point debating 'abortion' with anyone. We all have entrenched views and the twain never seem to meet. However...define 'our life' particularly from a woman's perspective.
Re Bible thumpers, purposely omitted boy Gutenberg from his firs book was ‘upon seeing Mary’s tears when he passed sentence he said “my dear, just think of it as a retroactive abortion, the thought of which crosses most mother’s minds from time to time”.
You keep repeating the same false hoods as though that actually changes anything but then again I know what I've come to expect so nothing is new here
Who said anything at all about us leaving. Not me. We will simply be different within the Union and demand tolerance and coexistence.
Sure it is.... It's what the left wing talking heads on TV told you and it's what you're repeating with little to no understanding of what it means or you would understand that it has no meaning
Sorry but I learned on this very board that cons only mind if rights are stripped by the federal govt, if its done at the state level they don't mind.
That’s for sure. We fight the tyranny coming out of Sacramento from our big coastal urban areas at least as hard as we do from DC, likely even harder.
And if the people of those states disapprove they will remove members in November via the election and the new members will modify the law to the people’s wishes. Or they will re-elect said legislators and keep the law as is. Either way, it’s the people’s choice. In California, they will in the assembly and senate attempt to add a right to abortion to the state constitution, and that goes to the voters to accept or not. I’ll vote no but it will pass here.
