Still hung up on the process are ya. We understand. You think getting an impeachment vote is the only determining factor of a successful impeachment? I guess since its all ya got, its all ya got.
I mean yes, based on the constitution — That is what a successful impeachment is. What do you believe impeachment is?
Why would you get an impeachment vote in the first place? To charge a president with crimes for his removal. When its found your impeachment attempt is nothing but false claims, made up evidence, hearsay testimony, and every fake charge you made against the president is dismissed, what do you call it? Successful? But you go right ahead and claim you had a successful impeachment when Pelosi and Schiff didn't even get a house vote to start their fake impeachment inquiry. Which is why their subpoenas had no teeth. Unless you get a house vote, then the house delegates its authority to the committee for due process, you have no authority to subpoena anyone. I guess you missed that part. So because they had already tried 3 prior house votes that failed just asking around the democrat party, they knew up front they wouldn't get the vote. So they wrangled up some hearsay witnesses claiming everything they said was true, refused to allow the Republican witnesses, and based on their contrived story, shoved all this down the throats of house democrats just daring them not to support it. We were all there and we all watched every bit of it. No impeachment inquiry in the history of this country has ever been tried without a house vote. EVER Until Pelosi and Schiff decided they would just do it on their own. Once they got into the Senate they got their asses handed to them for all the fake witnesses and evidence. If thats your idea of a successful impeachment, you should shout shout to the world. We will all appreciate come midterms and 2024 as a bold reminder what snakes the Democrat party has become. We all found out how it worked in Virginia, didn't we.
I am not looking for a rant, I am looking for a direct concise answer. What is required for an impeachment to be successful in the eyes of the constitution. Not your option — the law. What does it require?
I provided that for you. And it isn't a rant. Its actually factual information. But I am sure you don't like to hear it so you claim its a rant. You can read below to answer your question
What is it about this that just sails right over your head? I mean really. I will list it out for you 1. You can't impeach a president without a house vote 2. Pelosi and Schiff didn't get a house vote, they just made the decision themselves to impeach and hold an impeachment inquiry 3. Since they didn't get a house vote, their subpoenas were WORTHLESS because no power was delegated to them by the House (AS REQUIRED IN THE CONSTITUTION) 4. So they brought in a bunch of hearsay witnesses to testify to false claims 5. They refused to allow Republicans to bring in any witnesses to testify showing the Democrats testimony was false 6. Then AFTER they went through the process, they asked for a house vote providing their fake testimony as fact 7. Then WITHHELD the impeachment documents for a month trying (Unsuccessfully) to renegotiate the terms of the court for the Senate trial asking that new witnesses be brought in to testify during the Senate hearing WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN DONE IN HISTORY 8. And all this was completed in just 72 days 9. Then once the Senate trial started it was revealed that EVERY SINGLE WITNESS Democrats sold as factual evidence to the house to get the vote, ALL confessed under oath that nothing they testified too was actually witnesses by them. They were told the information One of the most embarrassing dog and pony shows every conceived by Democrats. And we all pray you will continue to state the successful impeachment of Trump. Yell it to the roof tops until 2024 I DARE YOU
The reason exit polls are unreliable are many. They include the difficulty of randomizing the sample and weighting by race. So exit polls always have very high margins of error. The Pew poll I used as a reference had margins of error in the 1% to just over 1% range. The margin of error in the exit poll ranges from high 11% to around 5% on the low end. That means the non college grad statistic as a raw statistic is within 2% of the margin of error. However, because we have an admission that some college is not “poorly educated” we must parse the non college grad stat a little. When we consider the fact non whites are less likely to graduate HS and less likely to attend college if they graduate HS, the “poorly educated” demographic in the exit poll is well within the margin of error. So in essence, the exit polling data mirrors the pre election Pew poll showing slightly more poorly educated identity as Democratic than Republican. The voting exit poll agrees. There is no doubt that the narrative the poorly educated voted more for Trump is untrue. We could make a case the poorly educated vote was evenly split, but there is no evidence it favored Trump. To be clear, the statistics on race are not intended to disparage any race. They are just statistics. And to reiterate —we should all respect (love) the “poorly educated”. For many it is because they didn’t have the opportunity. For others it’s because they chose a career that makes the world turn but doesn’t require a degree. Judging people by level of education is textbook elitism and is as unacceptable as any other form of bigotry.
Sexual fantasy projection^. It's kinda weird IMO however, you are still not selecting the military garb for DiSantis or Heir Trump? What say you a chest full of medals belonging to others? Army green or Navy blues for the American Despots?
Oh, another fact about the “poorly educated” quote most are unaware of. It was not made in reference to the 2016 election between Trump and Clinton.
Again, I asked for where this is in the constitution — not a rant Because legally, he was impeached. This is embarrassing for you to try to assert numerous irrelevant things that you don’t like somehow changes that. Your refusal to cite the law should be an indication
Yep, if one enjoys government tyranny. What stats is he attempting to correct with his reign anyway? Employment numbers, graduation rates, debt? I'm more than positive what ever he's trying to do will fail, stats are a good metric to visualize how complete his failure will be. No one's gotten back with the alleged grooming pandemic the state was going through, and the correction his policies has put in place. Most likely because there haven't been any.
So you don't know the difference between a rant and providing historical information. Got it Where is what in the constitution? What is it you are unaware of I am positive you wouldn't know what that means If the historical information you can't change is embarrassing for you, thats a good step You refusal to state what law you don't understand would be a good place to start
Here, let me help you Article I, Section 2, Clause 5: The House of Representatives shall chuse their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment. Can you point to where in this text any of what you are saying is relevant?
The Constitution bestows on the House of Representatives the sole power of impeachment and thereafter remove from office the President, Vice President, and other federal officers including judges on account of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. In exercising this power, the House and the Senate have distinct responsibilities, with the House determining whether to impeach and, if impeachment occurs, the Senate deciding whether to convict the person and remove him from office. The Constitution DOES NOT bestow this power to ANY committee. Therefore, the House must delegate its authority to a committee for the purpose of impeachment. Your welcome
So since the House never delegated it authority to any committee, because no house vote was held, the impeachment inquiry was a fraud, The hearsay evidence they collected as testimony was taken while committing a fraudulent act with a fraudulent committee that was never empowered to do so. And the House vote was taken (After the fact) using fraudulent evidence that was exposed during the Senate trial. And this is what you thought was a successful impeachment?
Thank you for your opinion What was the final vote of the HoR who has the sole authority power of impeachment?
Not an opinion. Historical facts that you could never dispute with any historical data The House voted to impeach on false charges of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress from hearsay testimony that was provided as evidence of 229/198
And who has the sole power of impeachment? The opinion of outside individuals is irrelevant as the constitution does not say the House with the consent of Condor060. It just says the House. They voted thus he is legally impeached.
