well it's a fact, if you get married in one State, it's valid in all of them, it's SC precedence that happened during the fight on interracial marriage

 

Name the case. States have laws that honor other states marriages. The federal government has no authority to do that. The SC ruled that interracial marriages must be accepted by all states, not that one state is forced to honor another states marriage

It’s not the same thing. If it were we would have states that would not perform interracial marriages and only honoring the marriages from other states. The ruling was that all states can not discriminate in interracial marriage laws thus forcing them to perform interracial marriages.

both were denied by the SC, States can't discriminate, they could ban all laws dealing with marriage(good luck with that), but they can't discriminate, any laws that benefit heterosexual marriage, have to apply to all marriage

All U.S. jurisdictions recognize all validly contracted out-of-state marriages. There are no exceptions.
