There are demographics that are clearly more violent than white males. Yet they have a class called “angry white male studies”. So what makes white males standout as angry if they are not the most violent demographic in America? This screams racism towards whites.

 

Well, angry white males can be scary. And dangerous.

Angry, or concerned? Whites are the ones being demonized for no just reason. When you single out a race that race obviously will react.

There might be some truth to that. However, there might also be some justification for whites being 'singled out'.

 

Not sure what you mean by "do this" but if you are talking about what liberals claim to be an insurrection (in an attempt to deflect away from the poor performance of Joe Biden), I remember several real insurrections, conducted by a homogenous group other than whites, such as took place in Washington DC and several other cities in 1968, the 1992 insurrection in Los Angeles, etc. I could mention others, but I believe the forum rules only allow two graphics per post and a picture is always worth a thousand words.

Well, let's be fair here. The "angry white male" doesn't really have any political power (at least not directly), and doesn't have huge amounts of money.

So what would really be the point in focusing on them?
Something tells me these studies are obviously not intended to give the "angry white male" sympathy.

There are a lot of racist whites still about in the US. I don't agree that direct confrontation is necessarily the way to go.

 

Let's be real. Look at incidents in the US that have required National Guard troops and when these incidents occured. The only post 1992 example of this was the George Floyd riots in 2020 and these riots were not conducted by a homogeneous group.

Not a lawyer, but I believe the US Code addresses an insurrection with the following language. So I can't see how a simple riot that does not require calling up the National Guard, i.e., a military force, can be call an insurrection. That is without using extreme hyperbole.
